I believe these homes start in the low to mid 800’s. I saw them in person and they’re stunning. Kind of in the cut but the size of the house makes up for it.

It all comes down to an individual decision. Many people buying these homes are brining in generations to join them. That includes their parents as part of the family in the household. They parents also contribute by selling their existing homes and contributing to the down payment and monthly mortgage.
