A Little Less
Two weeks ago I wrote a song about the pain of losing someone you love. I was thinking about how much it hurts to lose a good friend, or how traumatic breakups can be. I wanted to create something that would bring comfort, and be a reminder that God understands our humanity and doesn’t rush us through the healing process. He allows us all the time we need to feel, and grieve, and experience all of the emotions that come with rejection, abandonment, etc.
I felt such an urgency to record it, so I immediately reached out to my friend/engineer Frank Mitaritonna and he generously made room for me.
