This should be called the easiest burger not the best. Take your ingredients and portions so you can keep your macros and use some tried and tested techniques. Look into george motz the burger scholar. Also you can always use sodium citrate and whatever cheeses you want to make your own american style cheese.

Also, I'm sitting here procrastinating between bench sets. I'm really having a hard time, but I still have the intrusive thought to go for another rep and hit a PR triple. I'm benching in a power rack. Let you know how it goes, lmao. Update: There's no goddamn way 😂.
Sometimes you just know when you touch the weights hahaha, I decided to do a deload this week and it was just too heavy, failed my lifts on the first day of the deload 🤦♂️ I want a power rack, it would make it so much easier to go to failure Respect for going for a PR in the middle of a bench session, sometimes it actually works out 💪

What kind of bulk you doing bro ? Sound a like me I enjoy fasting usually skip breakfast. I'm Not long after my first bulk, having an ectomorph body made me not really enjoy it but put on 5kg that felt like mostly muscle
@@LockUpWorkouts it started as a bit of a dirty bulk but I’ve progressively cleaned it up and I still allow myself to indulge in processed garbage but Ive pretty much had my fill now and the desire for anything not animal based has substantially decreased. I fast every Monday and only eat breakfast on Tuesdays. It makes bulking harder but I just pound down more food throughout the week. I never believed the body type stuff, if you really wanted to you could always change your “body type” by changing your training style and diet. That said I’ve always found changing my diet to be a chore. Gaining 5kg of muscle would be an awesome result, but I’m just hoping to gain like 1-2 lbs of lean tissue.

I am doing inclined ones, since I am freshman, but, bro, I cant recognise my arms and pectorals getting into the shirt. My shirts usually gets on the belly, not arms and chest.

You aree way over extended in the deadlifts the back should be streight or slightly hunched over like i do them over arching the other way is going to get you hurt. Think about it like this you are currently more upright in your deadlift compared to your squat
I see what you’re saying, sometimes the deadlift stuff goes right over my head, I didn’t even notice how weird it looks I think I’m trying to keep my head up and it’s extending my back, I’ll make an adjustment this week. I just watched over some older footage and I wasn’t doing that before so it should be an easy fix. I appreciate the advice like always bro 💪
I take about 30 seconds between squats if its heavy singles 3 to 5 mins
I normally do 2-3 minutes after my superset but I’ve been wanting more rest lately

I think you need to push your shoulders through more seems a bit soft and thats causing you to need to arch the back to compensate

Ive been doing 5 mins of hanging after my workouts and now when i do pullups or abs it feels so easy to hang
@@Runner-Boy that’s a lot, I do a few sets maybe 15-20 seconds each, I’ve only been able to hang with false grip for a couple weeks, need a lot more practice

I’ll be doing something very similar, first I want to get 3x10x225Lbs, then I’m gonna copy your program lol The biggest difference is I’ll probably only run it for 6 weeks because I have to test my squat pr before years end.

I think your like me kinda scared to push to the limit on a 1rm squat. So i say this since your 100kg squat rep pr is the same but my 1rm is higher you definitely have 140kg/315
