You can also check if you selected the right TV working mode. Like making sure you connect the wire to AV 1 or AV 2 or HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 of the TV and then select the corresponding position with the TV remote control. Thanks.

Hello Daniel, Thanks for your message. The difference between the vertical and horizontal dish axis which is the same thing as Elevation and Azimuth respectively are as follow: 1. Vertical signals Tracking is only when you are moving the dish up and down direction which horizontal signals Tracking is only when you are moving the dish in right and left direction. 2. In both directions, signals can be found but might not be a good quality signals reception. Noted: It is very important to make use of both vertical and horizontal directions during searching for good signals so as to get a high and quality signals STRENGTH AND QUALITY.

Thank you Abigail for reaching out to me. Take the following steps, 1. Ensure that the antenna is raised very high to attract good signals. 2. Make sure that the antenna is not covered up by trees or building. 3. Make sure you check if there is any place where the wire is joined for a possible rust, then correct it. 4. Make sure that the center copper and the tiny silver colour wires are not joining together. 5. Make sure that the Active Antenna Power is put in OFF mode and not ON. After doing those steps, you can start turning the antenna outside small small, and run Auto scan in each case, continue to repeat the process until at a point, the signal will come and will be full. Don't call the customer care of Ghana for any issues concerning the decoder otherwise they will block the signals because it's against the rules. Second option is for you to install DStv Mobile App in your phone.
