@@mkrp4 thank you for the comment! im glad that you could follow along. that was one of my main goals for how i wrote out my thoughts. i think i looked up peripheral thr a few years back. i wasn’t sure about it ofc because i had so much conflicted info coming my way but based on my relative-doctor, i likely don’t have that in particular. i will keep it in mind, though. as for the vagus nerve, i actually do the deep belly breathing and meditation sometimes!

I don't usually have cheese at home besides parmesan like on top of spaghetti. ironically, when i went to get my groceries, they put someone else's bag in my order and now i have a huge bag of cheddar cheese. and lol, she loves broccoli and all green veggies! she's a salad dog.

lol! i want to go back some day. one of the art gallery attendants told me to come back during summer off season and just bring a powerful mobile fan since its less chaotic and a little more affordable. just HOT. i did get a small painting elsewhere for $75 but that was the most I would responsibly do at the time 😂

I hope your blood pressure is improving !! Yeah I initially went on birth control in part because I would have my period for an abnormally long time and I couldn't take it anymore. At first it even helped my mental health but over time it exasperated what issues were already there. PCOS is a lot of things and affects quite a lot of people, sometimes to the point of being considered a disability, yet it and other conditions that fall under "Women's Health" aren't researched enough🙄. I hope that continues to change because we deserve complete, proper guidance and help to make the best decisions for our bodies and minds !

Is your hair its natural color now?

@@karee.mp4 yeah. I’m initially discouraged by the fact that the lady is telling me it will take more than one day to get to the position blonde but my hair is only 4 inches. (Transitioned back to natural) but I still want it.

@@beatitudebree9625 to be honest, it is best for the bleaching process to take more than one day, unless your hair is 1inch or shorter. If you are worried about your hair looking brassy or weird in between bleaching sessions, I would recommend bleaching until your hair is brown the first time and then bleaching to blonde the second time. That way you walk out of both sessions looking okay and if need be, you can have another session to get the hair really light and tone it. If you want to bypass the salon and do it in one day, you should be prepared to potentially lose a lot of hair from over-bleaching. If you want to do one day, start in the morning and take breaks between sessions to save your scalp as much as possible. To make sure your hair is properly moisturized leading up to the bleaching, salon or home, wash it every few days. Also, many people say that kinda dirty hair "bleaches better" but that's not true and could lead to patchy results. I hope this helps a little bit!
