    Jon already proved himself in the 80s, not to mention the 90s. He was aware that he had lost his voice, but he did not give up and continued to fight, he operated on his throat, they installed some plastic in his throat. What did he do for his fans? He didn't have to, but he didn't give up. I just don't understand how he achieved that voice on the song "Living Proof" from the new album. I know that the song was recorded in the studio, but still that powerful voice of his was heard, without a single drop. And then afterwards and while singing live, you feel like before the operation that he no longer have that power in his voice. You can see that he can hardly sing, as if he had an operation yesterday. Unfortunately, the operation did not help him and his voice is still a disaster. Before, it was nice to listen to him while he was talking, he didn't even have to sing, and now when he sings, it is very difficult and sad to listen to him, I hope that he will get a voice like before at least once more in his life. He barely sang a couple of songs. Very sad. Bon Jovi is my life, but unfortunately with a voice like this, he ruins all the songs that mean a lot to me.

  • @sensitivity7207
    @sensitivity7207 27 дней назад

    Listen to his interviews and you will find the answer if he is able to sing or not. He barely speaks. So much rasp and the tone is breathy. It’s clear that something is still wrong with his voice. He says that he is recovering but his voice is even worse than during 2022. Sorry but I see no purpose in acting like I don’t see it.

      I did some research into what was going on with Jon Bon Jovi's voice. He is said to have had surgery on his vocal cords in 2022. That was two years ago and it is now 2024. Did he do something wrong during rehabilitation?

    One of the things that some people like about live performances is the little changes in tempo of well-known songs and the vocal liberties that the artists give themselves. I too can appreciate it and, sometimes, find a live version of a song better or as interesting as the studio version. But in Jon's case, and especially because of his voice which becomes more and more nasal with age, I never really appreciated his live renditions of his hits. And the examples here do nothing to change my mind. That and the fact that he just doesn't know how to ''move or dance'' on stage. He is no Paul Stanley, let's just say that. But he is Jon and we cannot take away his charisma and his accomplishments.

      The band has had so many wonderful performances throughout the years. Watch An Evening with Bon Jovi from 1992 or any of the shows from Wembly in 1995 (If your don't have time for that just watch Dry County or Always as those are some of the best performances of those songs the band has ever done). Those are just the most popular ones there are plenty more if you look at any performance from 2003 and before (He still sounded good till 2013 but his voice did get very a nasal tone, which I personally don't mind but you said you do). The reason he isn't dancing around the stage is because the stage is very small as they are playing in a bar and he is trying his best to focus on his singing to show that he is on the road to recovery after the surgery he had on his chords

      @@cheesechampion6370 Nahh... I never liked his live renditions of his hits. Sure, some of them are good (''In & Out Of Love'') but in general, he doesn't give his all, doesn't scream with as much power and misses beats or bits of lyrics. The stage is maybe small here but I never found that he 'moved' well on a stage (I must have seen at least 6 or 7 of his shows since the 80s). Of course, the beauty of live performances is precisely the inevitable differences with the studio versions. And the fact of singing night after night means that he cannot give his all like in the studio (especially the scream in ''I'll Be There For You''). But in the case of Bon Jovi, apart from a few exceptions, I never really liked him live. Too bad for me, I guess.

      Tell me please, what did you want to achieve with this hateful message? Are you trying to offend a great musician? And draw attention to your video on your channel with this message? You couldn't even sing this song from the notes, your voice doesn't have the necessary range, you went an octave lower, the sound is muffled, the timbre personally didn't impress me.... Tell me please, is it possible to use the song in your country without the permission of the owner and author? Isn't this a violation of copyright? In your country, it is not customary to hold concerts in honor of beloved deceased relatives and famous and celebrated people, dedicate songs and poems to them, paint pictures, put up monuments and memorial plaques, lay flowers, publish gift memoirs, give alms and organize other memorial events in memory of loved ones. And tell me please, how will you cope with your grief when your mother dies? And how does a musician cope with grief? Probably, he sings to reduce his pain? And how does an artist cope with grief, for example, he probably draws and draws portraits of his loved one? How does a sculptor cope with grief, he will probably make a monument out of granite? And what about a deceased mother, who probably did everything she could so that her beloved son would become the best singer and musician, what do you think, wouldn’t she want to hear him sing and play for her at least once more? And did you know that many world masterpieces, the most beautiful poems, songs, music, painting, sculptures, architectural monuments and more, are created precisely in moments of strong emotional experiences? And as for the voice of John Bon Jovi, we all know that this is, without exaggeration, the “Golden Tenor”, which millions of fans have been listening to and singing along to for 41 years. Do you think that all those who bought tickets and came to the concert - did they come there because they love this group, to sing together? Or how about you, to offend or gloat? And what about the terrible loss of Jon Bon Jovi's beautiful, unique voice? I don't know how these 40 years of world tours have affected the health of the rest of the band. But it is obvious that John really paid with his blood and health for his incredible rise from a working poor family to the top of the world. From the very bottom he jumped to the sky, to the top of Jamalungma. I can fully appreciate this huge, incredible rise ... And you try to repeat his success and go the same way and pay the same price and do more than Jon Bon Jovi. chain smoking and excessive drinking has result in the vocal damage Jon is now suffering from, his voice is so weak now, you can hear its got no range, no power, there is no way he can tour again. The sweetness he had has gone, he's just singing a pitchy monotuous warble now. He should sit down with his wife and watch this shocking playback. Go back to the early 2000's to hear the power he once had, that voice is now gone for good.
