That’s what I see along the trails when I walk in the summer! Numerous bodies of people that did not know how to get back on their feet after a fall. I knew that there was a logical explanation. To stand up after a fall is very worthwhile practicing as soon or later you will be falling, you may as well get some practice while every thing is under control.

I have fallen so many times that i should have given up on cx country skiing. But am not! Only thing left to learn is controlled down hill descent and turn. This video is practical and instructor easy to follow. Thank you, from Midway, Utah.
