They have a great conservatory that people can audition for. I believe it is a one year program and some people go on to perform at S&S.

That is a great question. I feel that they did a fantastic job at catering to almost every comfort food available. I am sure that a lot of them are Amish staples but not totally for sure to answer this one as a fact. I know that a lot of the pies are orginal. I told my wife that the next time we go will be heavier on the desserts than the meals.

@@makingmaricles We love Twin Lakes and Little Washington. (I'm from NC. That's what we call it :D) But, the sewer situation is crazy. They had to come out and pump it out every couple of days.

That was the full cast for that day. I did not film the entire show...only some of the fun moments. It lasted about 20 minutes I think. My youngest absolutely loved it...especially getting soaked.

I was. That is why I went with the thinnest plank I could find to reduce weight and slide clearance. Doing that did bring up some new problems through. Because the subfloor does have some give to it that runs the length of the RV, my seams started to pop in some areas. When I run the new flooring next year, I will run them side to side across the RV. I would also check on the suggest weight limits for your rig and then take it to a CAT scale fully loaded if possible (even with fresh water) to see how much room you have to play with. That way you will know what to expect.

I agree. We did fill up our water bottles a few times while hiking. We were mainly wanting to get some sparkling water for the trip.

In my opinion, the turnpike was one of my favorite things. The landscaping on that trail was very well done. We loved Dutch Wonderland and wished we had something like this in our home town.

​@@JimB16 There used to be another one - - but think it closed decades ago. Shady Maple has o - but still wonderful IF you can hold more than a few plates. The one from yesteryears was served family style - sitting together at a long table and you were served from the kitchen in large serving bowls. We were stationed in the Army in NJ and used to go once a year with other military wives. I think it was called Good and Plenty. I looked it up and it is closed - -but only 2 years ago.

Worth traveling around the world to see. Words really can't explain.

They do keep the animals on the property. We got a tour of the grounds after the show. The animals actually have their own passage way that allows them to circle the theater without the audience knowing it. They train them with a treat to enter the theater and then exit at the correct point. It was so cool! We are ready for the next trip!

We realized that after we got finish. The giddiness got the better of me...LOL. I thought we did but got back to editing and realized it. This was going to be a small part of a bigger video but thought it should stand on it's own. This has been a learning process and appreciate the great feedback. I guess we just need to head back up and try again!

No she did not. It had nothing to do with the school though. It was absolutely beautiful! She ended up getting some scholarship money and staying closer to home. I do have a 15 year old that has pretty much already declared to LU...LOL.

For us we just paid the entry fee for that time slot and then could do as many trips as we wanted.

Well a lot of people are afraid of the buffets because of COVID. Actually the chances of getting COVID from food is not great. COVID is spread by mist in the air, e.g.someone coughing in your presence and close to you or in some way spreading active COVID virus in the air. Keeping your distance and getting mainly hot food should keep you safe. as is getting VACCINATED. Golden Corral around me is still going strong and are some steak houses.

well alot of non buffets aRE closing due to costs and inflation this place seems permanent they cost more they offer bogo birthday on their site so good deal there i used thst w old country buffet

I completely agree, but that was all the time that we had for this trip. Love the walking suggestion! Little Round Top had not opened back up yet. We got to see it but was disappointed that we could not get closer. If we had more time, a small ranger tour would be the way to go. Thanks for the helpful comment!
