Hey guys, Tampa here. Planning a trip in April 2025 for a couple of weeks, and do my research on the pros and cons of living in Merida. As most of the comments I read say it depends on your lifestyle. Mine life is pretty simple, don't spend where I don't need too, and just a quiet guy wanting OUT OF THE USA !! That is the exact cost it is for California except food is alot cheaper here with all the farmers markets and cheap rent in the central valley, its your food cost. So, Isa the sama.

Hey guys, looking to move her ein the next 6 months or so and i have seen people sya in other videos not to own. They say the zoning laws are chaotic and you could have anightclub move in right next door after you buy. So is renting or buying preferred based on location within the country? Is everything cash or can I do a mortgage there? FYI my once a week cleaner in Florida is 130 a week.
