My Story:
In this video, I lightly touch on some of my mental health issues that I have over come.
How 2020 has been the best year yet, full of happiness and positivity.
My message to is, don’t you ever be ashamed of feeling down, depressed and being too scared to ask for help like I did.
You can over come mental health problems like I have , there are so many people you can go and talk to, you just have to find the courage ❤️

My top tip that is don't be afraid to tell your doctor, if you are on medication for anxiety, if you don't like the way it feels or the side effects because they should be able to prescribe something else or change the dose. I gave up on various medications over the years as I had difficulty with the side effects. But I'm now taking something that agrees with me and is doing the job I need it to. I've only had a couple of 'moments' recently but I'm pretty sure we all have.
