My sister wears beltone hearing aid for her left ear.Her right ear completely lost hearing .She needs assistance for removing ,and replacing the battery .It should be removed before go to bed.I have never heard of cleaning that part you said .

DAMN! Thanks a lot for BLASTING my ears with the volume of the intro music then instantly requiring a 30% INCREASE in volume to be able to hear your verbal audio. NOT to professional for a hearing pro!

My father is having great difficulty getting his BTE hearing aids to stay in deep enough. We had to remove the retention clip "(lock)" b/c he was having too much trouble just putting the hearing aids on. When they start to come out, he gets (loud) feedback, resulting in him not wanting to use them. I need a better way to get them to stay in deep w/o being more difficult to put on/in.
