Can someone help, my nitro is brand new and doesnt come close to that on these settings, has 24 ram with faster mhz, and a better ssd, i tried running the game out of the box and overclocking the gpu via the nvidia app, ans still cant get 60 avg

I also have a Nitro V, but with a I7. I could see this one of yours runned the game smoothly. However, for some reason, I'm getting micro stutters often when playing it. It's annoying. May it be something regarding other settings like in NVidia panel? Though I already tried put High Performance there as well.

a 65W TGP limited RTX 4050? bro increase the TGP or flash a new VBIOS or something. the 4050 is too efficient and you dont really see any improvements above 80W but you will still get more fps than being locked at 65W

I finished this game again have 3 days only, and the dlc, this game is really good and i recommend to play ( but dont expect use much guns, often you will fight ). the dlc of smille cat is fun, but first time i played i expected really more fun but is a good, to police dlc is good too i recommend play both after the main game

Impossible you must have tweaked some shit in your laptop It won't run this bad I have a lenovo loq 3050 6gb vram i5 12th gen HX and hell it even runs cyberpunk on 110 fps avg with high settings(ofc with frame gen on+boost and amd fsr gen 3).Monster hunter ain't that a demanding gane as compared to cyberpunk so you should take a look at your gaming performancr benchmark Might be some reasons behindd this cuz ain't no way it's giving an avg 40fps
