I think you only die if she grabs you a second time. At least that’s how I died. Haven’t beat that boss yet.

the secret to making this boss easy is to tank the shots and hit him while he attacks... you focus everything on defense and hp regeneration and you only heal when he is on the ground, practically the same tactic as the 4 kings of ds1... otherwise you should go to parry or dodge all the shots and find the right openings to hit him and in the second phase the openings are almost impossible to use

The filthy strats of tanking by noobs is only viable by NG noobs and they will never be cool dudes that help via summon. Souls games are about dancing! Git Gud and dodge. apart from the fact that everything is strategy and I can use everything in the game to beat a boss, using your brain and finding a strategy that works is being good... don't you want to do it this way? free to do as you please my friend

Thanks, man. I will try this in the next encounter. I didn't know this until now. I made sure I didn't look up a guide on how to beat her with this weapon and AOW at the time of recording this. I got the job done though, so I'm still happy about it.

@@MrHandsTV I didn't either, I just got used to cheesing her as much as I could. and min-maxing damage. AoW knocks her down then jump heavy does even more poise damage. Made the fight a cake walk, think I got her 6th try.

If you can afford the mx master, then go for it.

I was simply stating 'accidentally' because I was even surprised myself when I beat him on the first encounter, especially considering it's known as one of the hardest bosses across all the soulsborne games according to most internet sources. Also, pthumerian queen and ebrietas are not that hard either. Took me only 2 tries for queen, and 1 try for ebriatas. It's not that hard. It's a game stfu already 😛

I guess "hardest or hard boss" is always gonna be subjective to the players. I mean Ludwig took me a couple of runs too but I saw some people took them only lesser or first try.

Even main game bosses like Martyr Logarius, that I heard people say was solid, only took me a couple goes 🤷‍♂️ plus it was my first Souls game so I’ll take any benefit of the doubt from that, that I can 😂

@@RandomChannelTMBE Yeah right. Move sets could also play a huge factor I guess. Some people could not simply just read a certain boss, but to others they easily can.
