I use AI to create a structure in PowerPoint and it creates nice illustrations and captions and layout and theme. It can sift through emails sorting them after priority, that is nice. I use AI to fight bureaucracy and corporate admin and I love it!

I already tried to do in the beginning of my actual role and felt exactly what you have said, lot of time spend and practically no results. I imagine that perhaps would worth to try to call to companies directly and outreach to prospects, however I also do not now if that a good strategy. I am making about 300 touchpoints a week/ 1200 touchpoints a month generating only 1-2 meetings. Its important to highlight that this industry in Europe is super saturated, would you give me any recommendation ? Nowadays I am trying to balance between quality to quantity, doing a lot of quantity on cold emailing and genuinely trying to connect with prospects when they accept my connection request.

How do most of you guys still making profit? Even with the downturn of economy and ever increasing life standards

Stock market volatility is not predictable and is part and parcel of the contract (literal) you sign when you become an investor in the markets. In reality, over the years since the inception of the stock market we have gone through several bear (down) and bull (up) markets with the overall average return of 10 - 15%+. The key to understanding stock market volatility is that it will continue and you can expect up to a 15% increase or decrease in your stock portfolio for a given year. Once in every 5 years or so you can expect a "black swan" (not normal, like 2020 with the COVID pandemic) event that may reduce your holdings up to 30%. But if you keep cool and not swayed by emotions and stay the course, you can expect very good returns from the stock market over the long haul. For example, if you invested $1,000 in 1986 in Microsoft that would be worth $3.23 million today. I call BS. Here's the thing. Programming languages have a lot of built in functional knowledge that one needs to understand to be able to code properly. It's a big part of the difference between a cr*p programmer and a genius one, knowing the structures and functions of a language, knowing their strengths and limitations, interdependancies and costs, etc... people are belittling that knowledge out of ignorance. What I'm seeing is, that the top software engineers will be able to replace teams wholesale with just themself and their A.I. assistant, while the lower 80% of programmers will have a hard time justifying their existence. It will be a not insignificant amount of time before someone with no understanding of programming constructs are able to generate stable, performant code with just domain knowledge. What they will probably be able to do is work with a smaller, more efficient group of programming experts to evolve the systems they want. This unfortunately will leave a lot of people with lesser programming knowledge out of work. Eventually, these issues will probably be overcome, but by then the whole concept of what constitutes working domain knowledge, evolving one's working knowledge base and workflows will have evolved over time to represent something quite different from our current standards. At that point, what is being presented in this video will be somewhat true, however even that misses the point that while one will need a base knowledge, they will more importantly need the ability to constantly evolve that base knowledge on the fly quickly as circumstances dictate in a way most people currently can't even envision. That is, at least, my take on this. TLDR: what is being presented will happen only at some future date where the world has fundamentally evolved away from everything we now understand.

AI Coding will be only able to do simple stuff and need much "luck". Because codes (especially for more complex things) are always full of bugs at the beginning. I do not think, that the AI-coding will be good in finding and fixing bugs. Some bugs are very hard to find and to fix. The AI WILL fail on these ! And a code full of bugs is worthless !

Bull and utter hogwash, methinks. LLMs will never produce serious, non-trivial, production-grade code. But a very nice use-case for current -state AI, would be to let it preview videos about "AI is making human coding obsolete", train it to recognize the BS tell-tales (scrolling pages of unindented trivial javascript in the background, for instance) so that it saves us the wasted three minutes, forty-odd seconds..

However，if we dont learn and practice coding. Even if we implement a feature quickly，the code will be hard to maintain.

The problem with the pursue the things you are interested in mantra is that most work just isn't that interesting. What is the most interesting and attractive about these jobs is earning a high wage. You aren't going to get paid a high wage if an AI can just do the most difficult parts for you or it removes the scarcity of your skills.
