I find the concept of a life journal great, for people who do not write daily. You can capture all that happens within a year and keep a good memory. Yeah. It just wouldn't be for me. I am the daily long winded journaler, most of the time. And I fill 6-9 journals a year. One book would not be enough for me to express myself. Downside is, I have no space for my filled journals anymore. Haha.
