Just because you save a little money up front does not mean it translates to value. I made this mistake when I shot DSLR. Invested in Tamron lenses with usb dock. Everything worked out fine on my D750 until I upgraded to higher resolution bodies (D850) and considering transition to mirrorless with the FTZ adapter. Any money I thought I was saving was immediately disregarded. The time it took to constantly calibrate, firmware updates and lack of support for third party manufactures products by Nikon became apparent. If you want to save money because the Z mount lens are too expensive...I would suggest you invest in the FTZ and Nikon G glass until you can or are willing to do better. I have yet to be decline a job from a client that didn't like my bokeh balls. As a visual story telling visual artist...my message has never been lost because of my bokeh balls. Cute vid. I've seen Peter M. looking forward to Chet showing up?

Hiiii, I own a surface go and macbook pro 2015. I'm looking for a new replacement for my surface go that I can use for note taking and to replace my macbook sometimes when I'm outside of my home. I am going to keep my macbook and give the surface. I can't decide between surface pro 7 vs ipad pro. I wouldnt use it much for multimedia but mostly for note taking during lectures. What would you recommend for me between theses two devices.
