Keep it up bro!
yo good luck on your journey
muy bueno🙌
Bhai nice played pls pin me
In pune, which academy do you train in?
SVM is is best
I put that down largely to loss of concentration at key points and incorrect shot selection too frequently. When you are leading a game it is time to really push for winners, not wait for mistakes from the other side. You're getting caught too often by cross court shots from the back, which I commented previously stems from your positioning being out by half a yard. Keep working on it, you are doing pretty good.
Thank you!! Working towards it.. You will surely see improvements soon!! :-)
Well played.
Thank you! :-)
Well played. I note that with just 7 points played, you had made 2 cross court drops and won both. I encourage you to use the shot more often. Your cross courts from the back are very good. The simple maths of geometry across court increase the distance the opponent needs to cover to get to the shuttle, thus moving them out of position and often forced to play a hasty shot. I will note you play too many shots to your opponents forehand to the back of the court, and are standing slightly too far to your left side of the court, leaving you vulnerable to his cross court shots. Try pushing more to his back left, where it is more of a challenge to play a winning shot.
Thank you again for such precise feedback. Yes working on using more cross drops now and will play more on the back hand side.. Will improve :-) Your feedbacks are really helpful for me and i am more motivate to post videos.. Thank you so much.
1:10 As an 11 yr old I have the same problem while smash 😂
haha :-)
Well played! Btw where do you train?
I used to train in Pune!!
Well done! You must be 10 right?
11 Years now..
Good bro 🤜
Thanks! :-)
You played a pretty good game there and deserved the win. I don't want to keep on singing the same song, but I counted 6 times when you played a drop shot at the net, when playing the same shot but across the court, away from the direction your opponent in coming from would have been a point winner. You will win more when you take this advice on board. Your cross court drop from the back is good both sides, so I can't understand why you don't use angles at the net more.
Hmm.. i need to work more on my mindset it seems then working only on court.. Will work on it. Thank you for your appreciation and taking out time for feedbacks.. Its really helping me..
Excellent fight back in the first game from 16-10 down and you could see his head go down when he lost the first game. At 4-0 in the second, he was not happy and a combination of you playing the more expansive game you are capable of when you are confident and him getting more angry with every point lost resulted in a serious flogging. I will note again though that especially for someone who serves short a lot, I still see your short game as your flaw. You are not sneaky and inventive enough.
Yes very well observed and mentioned. Thank you! I need to be more creative with my game and using situations to my advantage.
Why was the Point to 3:3 for Red? The Smash was clearly in!
Human error may be.. :-)
Nice to see your drop shots at the net are now much tighter and you are winning more points there, though I don't recall a single cross court drop at the net and there were several moments when it would have won the point without question. You are playing great cross court drops from the back on both forehand and backhand. Use the same creativity at the net and your game will benefit. Keep it up, you are doing good.
Yes working on my net game more, i hope to improve on same.. Yes i also realized i didnt play much cross court :-(
Good play, but the net is still your weakness. 1st game at 4-5 is how to play the drop. 3-3 is not how you do it. At 5-7 your first drop shot was begging to be put across court. 14-11 nice tight net shot. 16-13, under pressure but again it begged to be put backhand across court not just up in the air. He would have been nowhere. 2nd game at 19-18 your opponent shows you the cross court drop you aren't playing. You should be winning more points at the net and when you do, you will win those close games you lose.
Thank you again. Yes definitely i need to work more on my net game and play more on my strong points like cross drops..
You continue to improve, which is good and your use of the cross court drops from the back paid great dividends. The biggest weakness I continue to see is your net game. If you are at the net, you should be looking to win the point and you don't finish enough of those chances off. The shuttle is rising too far into the air on its way over the net, giving more time for your opponent to come play it. It should come off your racket and almost be falling already. You also need to use a cross court drop at the net a lot more. The odd time you did, you won the point. Keep working at it. Wanting to succeed is half the battle. I hope my suggestions help you.
Sorry for late response. I moved to Japan and started played here now. All points well taken, and let me work on my net game more.. Really thank and appreciate you taking out time and providing this feedback. :-)
well played
Thank you! :-)
Nice Play
Thank you! :-)
Nice. It's always good to cone from behind to win, and survive match points. You won some nice points at the net, but you need to work on just touching them over, rather than giving them any unneeded lift. Should clear the net by inches as they are dropping already. Some nice cross court play, short and long. Start thinking about how to disguise your shots, as some you are telling the opponent what you are going to do from your body language. Practice looking like doing one thing, while planning something else. Well done. I enjoyed watching that, especially the second game, where you creamed him.
Thank you so much! Really encouraging for me to read your comment and feedback for me to work upon more. Thank you!
It's difficult when you are playing above your age group I know, and this boy was pretty good. You need to learn from your mistakes though, as he was winning points in the same manner regularly. You can never let your head drop and stop fighting for every point, and it felt as if you weren't giving 100% in this game. The better the opposition, the more you need to put in. Keep it up, you are a good player and show much promise.
Sir I will also try to play as per your advice
Yes i need to be giving my 100% even when i know i can not win the match. Thank you for your feedback. Really appreciate your time for watching and providing such constructive feedback. This really help and motivates me.
Well played and a good recovery. Your net game still needs some work as you are not winning the amount of points there you should be doing. It's time so start working on the cross court drop shot and getting more angle across court on some of your smash return. Also after serving, you are probably half a yard too far back sometimes, as evidenced in the amount of drop shots he played which you couldn't get forward quick enough to reach.
Thank you, i will work on it. I need to stand little ahead, got it! Need to work on my speed too. Will do it! :-)
I haven't watched you for a while but your game has improved a lot and you are now playing badminton, which is nice to see. You lost that because of the deficiency in your close net play mostly. When you are at the net you can be either aggressive or defensive. Cross court drops will win points, even if your opponent is at the net, but short lifts put you on the defensive. I can't recall a good point you won at the net and to win you need that in your game, regularly. Rule one I teach my students is never run away from the net, after playing a drop shot. If they lift you have time to get back.
Happy to see your comments again! Its good learning for me to get your feedback. Let me work on mentioned points and show you my better game going forward. I need to work alot on my net game. Thank you ones again!
U play so goood

WOW!!! I never new that children these young could play these well. MAGNIFICENT👏
Thank you so much :-)
what non sense .. tihs is not under 11.. it is alt least under 13...
This is U11 :-)
A few observations if that's OK. Not many rallies got going with the return of serve and the return from that finishing too many points. Those first two shots by your team need your utmost concentration. I assume your partner is relatively new as you don't move well and cover the court as a unit, nor cover the right places when one of you tries a tactical shot. You both need to work on how you move around the court in general, with neither of you regularly using the long stretched leg strides you need to cover ground quickly. You also need to learn to try to anticipate your opponents likely next shot, so you are ready to react faster. At your age, a player on his backhand at the back of the court has limited viable shot options, so the player cross court on your team can move forward a little to cover a net shot. You can't wait until the shuttle has been hit to begin to move. You are both good for your age. Keep up the training.
Hi, thank you ones again for your detailed analysis and remarks. I really appreciate and thankful for the suggestions. As you mentioned, yes this was just our 2nd doubles match ever and we never practiced playing doubles together or otherwise. But yes, all points are valid and we shall work on the same to improve our game. I hope to improve and show better game in upcoming matched. Keep providing feedback, it really motivated me to play better. Thank you ones again!
Good game
Thank you 😊
Great footwork and strokes , especially for such a young age. However as a point of advice , when he defends a smash. He takes it from below his arm level from the side. Try to take it head on with a back hand or forehand based on the nature of the smash. GREAT WORK
Thank you so much for watching and proving feedback. Well accepted and i will work on it too. Hope you will see improvements in upcoming games :-)
@@atikshagarwalkeep at it :)
Outstanding play by the young boy.
Thank you! :-)
Really good job from him. A tip of advice that I would give him is to practice his footwork from baseline court to the net because you have to be always ready for everything. One way to improve his gameplay is to not wait for the shuttle. Intercept it as fast as possible. The longer you wait for the shuttle the faster you will lose your rally and the point. Do some 360° rotational defence and attack and many other drills like the 6 corner drill. Play the game with many tricks. Meaning instead of a topple net shot, do a flat push to the baseline. Lots of training and practice and he’ll be really good. He has talent really. I can’t wait for his future gameplays😀
Thank you so much for watching my video and writing such a useful comment for me. It will surely keep mentioned points in mind and discuss with my coach for such practice. I am sure, you will be see my improved game very soon. Keep watching and suggestions areas of improvement. Thank you ones again :-)
Good game. Delight to watch!
Thank you! :-)
