      Thank you so much 😊 Looking forward to your feedback! Originally, it's made with meat stock and meat slices. Ukraine is a pretty big country, so in different regions, you could find different recipes. Some of them include mushrooms, beans, different kind of meat, or fish :)

    Ukrainian BORSCHT - Vegan Recipe Ingredients: 2 large carrots 2 onions a few gloves of garlic 3 beetroots 1 tomato 1/4 cabbage 1 large or a few small potatoes salt and pepper (+ other spices) to taste 3 bay leafes olive oil Just fry carrot, onion, garlic and beets in olive oil with salt and spices, then add all the other ingredients, let it stew for about 10 min, then add water or vegetable broth and boil your soup for about 20 min. Let all the flavours combine for about 3 hours and enjoy 😊

    Смачний ВЕГАН БОРЩ Інгредієнти: 2 великі моркви 2 цибулини кілька зубчиків часнику 3 буряка 1 помідор 1/4 капусти 1 величезна чи кілька менших картоплин сіль, перець (та інші приправи) за смаком 3 лаврових листочки оливкова олія Для приготування варто лише посмажити моркву, цибулю, часник та буряк на оливковій олії з сіллю і спеціями, згодом поступово додати всі інші інгредієнти, тушкувати 10 хв та налити воду чи овочевий відвар. Суп варимо 20 хв, даємо добре настоятися та насолоджуємося смачним борщем 😊

    Healthy Soda Bagels 🥯: 1 cup of preferable flour (whole wheat, oat, etc.) 1 large beetroot 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp olive oil Optional: oregano, coriander Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let it sit in the fridge overnight. Oil your hands, shape the bagels, then bake it in a preheated oven 375F (190C) for about 20 min and enjoy 😊

Bake in a preheated oven 350F (180C) for about 45 min. Let it cool and enjoy! Tastes perfectly with topped tahini and melted chocolate 😊

    Healthy Red Lentil Buns 🥯 So delicious & easy to make: 1/2 cup of red lentils 4 tbsp of water 2 tsp baking powder (or 1/2 tsp soda) 1 tsp vinegar/lemon juice 1 tsp salt 1 tsp coriander or cumin (optional) 3 tbsp of psyllium husk Blend all the ingredients expect of psyllium until smooth, then add psyllium and mix or blend again. Let the dough sit for about 10-15 min, then oil your hands and shape buns. Bake in the preheated oven 355F (180C) for about 25 min or until golden brown. Let it cool in the oven and enjoy 😊
