what version of fate had rider turn into berserker I don't remember that
Rider never did turn into berserker. Rider was somewhere else. Berserker himself was disguised as Rider. It's in Fate/Zero.
Well in Fate kaleid liner Prisma Illya Rider and Berserker cards were combined to creat Gorgon form.
