I'm a young golden retriever girlie who's just trying to explore the world and go on adventures with mum and dad.

You should secure your dog in the car. In case of an accident you dog will become a projectile

I agree here This happened to my brother in Law and he had a car Accident and had his dog with him The dog went straight out the windscreen and died and the brother in law was lucky to be alive no seat belt and half of his body was on the bonnet of the car and he went through the windscreen also
