My ancestor William Ellery was one of the signers of the declaration of Independence from Rhode Island. When the British occupied Newport they burnt down his house and business. I hope you make one on the formation of Virginia, and those who made her a Commonwealth. My great x's9th grandfather came through Jamestown, around 1650, settling in what is now, Brunswick County. I'm unsure of how the unincorporated town, bearing my maiden name came about, or the town next to it, bearing my father, and son's middle names, but would like to find out more.

The HOF is nothing more than a biased popularity contest, inducting many bands that don't even play rock. One example is the obvious and purposeful banning of Blue Öyster Cult from the hall. They were monsters during the 70's, selling out arena's and headlining shows for years. They're one of America's best rock bands, still touring today!
