No the residential model does not have an oil filter.

What if the cable is still loose from the handle ?
@@1prsalsa you would tighten it then. There should be a little slack but not much!!
Didn't help. For future videos, it's best to just jump to the point rather than waste 3 minutes of music and moving the mower.

I found the fix if you bought a new timemaster and it squeals. It's so simple. I think I can see it in this video. Once you take off the pulley cover, there is a cable running near the engine that is not installed correctly. Unscrew the metal piece and slide it toward the skinny part of the cable(to the right) then bring it back with the cable in the loop. Once tighten I turned on my mower and not only no squeak, there was a powerful roar. Hope this helps. It the only cable running through the front I believe.

Isn't weed trimming line made of plastic? How much water will plastic weed eater line soak up? I think plastic is water proof and won't soak in water? Not sure, but I think soaking trimer line in water is a myth?
I honestly can see where it helps. If the sun hits the line on the trailer all day it can become brittle like anything else. So soaking it is almost like put Armor all on car parts to protect it from the sun. Just my thought. Some spools actually have a water symbol on them.
Maybe a little brake clean or carb cleaner and a compressor, no water?. Wtf.

Im lucky I bought a 4 post car lift!!! I can drive my zero turn on it cross ways and stand up under the deck to clean it!!! Works great!!!!😂😂😂😂

If the blade engagement spring is vibrating up and down and hitting the belt slightly, should that be a cause for concern?
Yes eventually it will wear the belt and snap either the belt or spring. I would try to tighten it a tad to see if that helps.
That looks like a pain to operate. Huge heavy and awkward. Get a zero turn

The hose had already did 90% of the cleaning before you even sprayed it on
That stuff will not come off with just a hose. Maybe if I am lucky I would get %20 of it. It’s grease, spilled gas, grime, and grass stuck to all that. Trust me a hose isn’t gonna do that.

@@fiftyoon thanks for watching and the t29 is better and closer to the 30 degree angle that’s needed. But not sure if that matters or not. I use a 40 grit flap disc.

When choosing a string trimmer or an edger to make your edge with me depends on the growth! If it is overgrown I like using the edger for the first time edge, then I maintain that edge with a string trimmer!!

Because that Milwaukee keeps shutting down because it thinks it’s overheating and you have to let it cool down. Infuriating and i don’t even tax it.
No it actually only shuts down if the battery gets really low. Other than that it works great. I made another video of it trimming thick stuff and did fine.

Nice I think they are great mower for what you can get out of them.
Picked mine up last Monday and absolutely love it! Having the new handle makes it easier to push with the personal pace

@Born2doom how do you like that newest handle with the metal bracket. I have always had the 10.00 one not the 8.75 one
I just bought the ryobi expand-it with edger and brush cutter because my edges are overgrown and I got brush everywhere and my other 2 40v string trimmers don't have any options for that. It's good to see that I was using the edger correctly, I just suck at it. Also a fellow southpaw, the struggle is real.
@@Luwinkle the struggle is definitely real. I recently started switching up my battery brand and went with Milwaukee. Their edger is a straight edger so it helps me a little more. But Ryobi in my opinion is neck and neck with Milwaukee, at least with the equipment I owned.
I think the ripper blades from Ballard are the best ones!
For a commercial mower maybe not for the TimeMaster.

@@Born2doom I did just stick with the OEM. But have a snapper pro I just got and got the ripper and high lifts. I put the high lifts on it and it cuts amazing. That’s why I said a commercial mower the blades are good for it.

@@thecuttingforce yea toro, scag, and bad boy all have a single lever adjustment. Ferris has the thing you turn and Exmark and the rest have four pins which is easier than the casters coming off.
