Hi Cameron, sorry for the slightly later response it was around 5am
Waw what thunder is really deep
You get nervous too easily. Grow a pair!
that’s nothing that compared to America storms
Epic? I think you must have not recorded that bit. This was no more than a heavy shower and a couple of rumbles.
Hello, Maybe it was in UK ?
Yes it was in the UK
where
@@danielmargrie In United Kingdom
This is a reason why I have two cameras, my phone and my digital camera when I have two or more storms to film at the same time in the field.
This is why people go abroad
Yeah weather is always rubbish here
I just discovered that it's four seconds for each mile that determines how far the lightning is from you, and I always thought that it was one second for each mile. Maybe that'll help you determine how far the lightning actually was, because the thunder we hear comes from the super-heated air that the lightning causes whether it's a positive or negative lightning strike. Of course, the positive strikes are much more intense and are usually close to the ground, while the negative strikes are higher up in the clouds, hence cloud-to-cloud lightning vs. cloud-to-ground lightning. If you want to learn more, head over to Pecos Hank's channel if you haven't already heard of him. He really breaks down all the different types of lightning, and he actually discovered one type of "luminous event" during one of his more recent videos. Enjoy!
Thanks for your comment! We are regular watchers of Pecos Hank and enjoy his content very much!
Thank you so much for your reply.

Our future climate according to scientists are very hot and dry summers with intense thunderstorms, apparently we're going to experience what's called "tropical nights" where night times are very hot. Our storms should be amazing...
Hotter wetter summers .
This was an epic night for storms, so many cells that came across the channel. I live in Worthing and was watching them as well. Brilliant footage by the way, keep it up, subscribed to you now and looking forward to future videos that you post, I think this year's going to be a good year for thunderstorms 🙂 Had a big one here today as well.
Looks intense lol.
I was weighting for it but it never arrived were i live
