Probably 😊you are the best teacher out there who teaches American accent. I’m just wondering if you have a course on American accent placement. I think you said in one of your videos, that it’s from the back of the neck and I think 🤔 that’s perfectly true. As other teachers said it’s from your throat, middle mouth… and I don’t think that’s true, because I think placement plays a big part in how you sound. When you project from your neck, I indeed feel like you’re American. You now, now native speakers like us, Asian languages we tend to project voice from our mouth or in throat, so even though we can say right sound, but wrong placement, so it doesn’t sound american

Hey, I'm loving your recent upload. I have a very hard time pronouncing contractions like 'I'll,' 'we'll,' 'she'll,' 'he'll,' 'i ain't,' and more. Especially with 'What are' - I know it's not a contraction, but when I pronounce these two words together, I can't sound like a native; natives always mix and I don't know how. I would love to see a video on this topic. Right now, that's what's on my mind. If you think there are other words difficult for us non-natives to pronounce please add them too.

Yes, I think as a non-American you can, in a way, better identify the elements of American speech that a lot of American educators are unconscious of, and who tend to concentrate on vowel and consonant sounds and miss other important aspects. BTW, when I first watched one of your earlier videos I thought you were British. And I'm Australian! But I've observed that there are certain accents in Britain that are very close to the Australian accent. Thought that was you. But then after I knew you were Australian, I thought, oh, of course you are. lol

This is the first time I've encountered an accent video that talks about resonance placement. Wow! It's very key.
