Although he doesn't need more promotion so RUclips is plagued with videos of this excellent actor, Cillian Murphy, who I think he loves his profession and he feels like just one more piece ( a brighter one) in the cinematography chain and that is the reason he avoids the lime lights. Here it is my small contribution to his work. Thanks You Tube and thanks to all watchers that might see this. And thanks Cillian for the music playlist you have left from your BBC programs. Such a beautiful , rich, elegant, interesting selection makes many moments of my life a pleasure.
Cillian Murphy about Theatre
It's quite a long time since I wonder why someone is born or becomes an actor. The answer was revealed to me quite reasonably by an 82 year old Dublin actor who has been on the stage since he was aged 7 and whom I had the pleasure to see recently, Mr. Denis Rafter. He lives in my country and loves and studies our classical theater authors.
He does a brilliant reflection and says that being an actor is something that began in the history of prehistoric man. He figures out that while a group of people had spent a whole day locked in the cave feeling hungry and scared, the hunters arrived with food and later after having eaten ,when everyone was happy to survive one more day, they relax and s...

Oppenheimer, the movie that changed Cillian Murphy performances..

It is 3 weeks ago since I watched the movie of the matter and now I realized that Cillian's performance in here is so different and good. I ignore if the real character he incarnates was like he does but I just can tell that since I left the cinema theatre I can't think of his previous movies...It is like with this one he has reached another higher level. What is the #@&?!! music???????
is it still possible to stream it somewhere?
Sorry, I don't know..
On Dec 6th this short will be premiered in London Southbank with the live music of the original composers the Dessner twin Bros and Jon Hopkins. Don't miss it, if you can. I will..I can't..
All of this unreal time will premiere at Southbank BFI at the end of October. The entire monologue can be found on you tube - use the title All of this unreal time.
0:23 In fact, It is on Dec 6th that the short will be shown in the end, with live music from the original composers. This is what I've just seen on Max Porter's Instagram so.. don't miss it if you can
What is this and wherevis this from? Can someone please elaborate
This a part of short film presented during the pandemic 2021 year at the Manchester festival . Made from a Max Porter text
Yesterday I saw It is on sale a small book with the text by Rough books I think

He figures out that while a group of people had spent a whole day locked in the cave feeling hungry and scared, the hunters arrived with food and later after having eaten ,when everyone was happy to survive one more day, they relax and some members talk a little, others nothing at all, but there is a young caveman of about 14 years old who has the gift of comunicating with his performance the details of the hunting day, using his body and imagination to provide information and entertainment to the other fellow humans. It is his theory of the 'young caveman' and the beginnings of the acting profession that is essential for humanity, like eating.
What movie is this with Cillian and the wild bird?😊
The title of the movie is ALOFT from 2014. I also have one video made with images of this movie . It is a sort of summary,
@@pilarjaenes oh, thank you for telling me. I love Cillian Murphy's acting, especially as Tommy in Peaky Blinders. But I've been a fan of his once I saw him in both "Red Eye" where he both allured me with his looks (definitely his eyes) and his scary portrayal of the devious passenger that was holding the woman as his hostage next to him; and in Inception with Leonardo DiCaprio.🤩😀
Yes, he performs a quite scaring character in Red Eye but for me the most complex an weird role he has ever done till now is in the almost unknown movie Peacock. He is a multifaceted mesmerizing actor
@@pilarjaenes Thanks for telling me about Peacock. 😀
@@pilarjaenesexcelente película y una interpretación magnífica la de Cillian M. Yo la he visto y me gustó muchísimo Un saludo
YOUR HIRED !
Interesting.
He's praying
Cillian is such a tremendous actor.
idk why but i want Cillian to be in Kojima’s game as a character model/actor it feels right
and Daniel Kaluuya
🥰Cillian 🤩
Sounds like a kickass slam poem.

This is such an amazing book.
It is!
There is to be a special showing of this film in New Ross for the people of New Ross later, after the film has done the rounds of the film festivals.
May I ask you what was your participation on the movie, like an extra, in the technical team.. thanks
@@pilarjaenes SR. Frances. Featured role
@patriciatwomey9850 Such an honor you participate in my Channel, many thanks. I am willing to see the film
I am in this film. A joy to work on, despite the subject matter. Beautifully written, directed, acted, shot, costumed, lit.
Thanks for sharing your info Patricia. I will tell Sharon so I will have to wait more until the movie arrived to the Spanish cinemas, I suppose.Sure it was a really unforgettable experience for you to have worked on this film besides the hard subject. However the way it is written in the book which is the script shows from a different point of view as it has been made in other previous movies. I loved that. In my country another traditional catholic one, happened something similar, not so hard but there were places run by the church where single young women, "fallen women" I think you name them, went to give birth and then the babies were given to wealthy sterile ultra catholic couples and worse in the National hospitals muli mothers with hard economic conditions were said their babies had been born dead while it was not true to do the same. That took place until the mid 80's or so.There is a TV drama called "Sin Identidad"/ Without identity from 2014 quite good that talked about this issue as well. Later in time there have been some trials against some nuns, doctors, nurses involved
Poetry. I love this man, so real.
Yeah, he is passionate in his work like I think an actor have to be
Hallo Tahers Yes I agree It's almost 100% sure he will bring the Oscar his home. I studied German sprache fur 2 jahre along time ago while I a was a teenager but gave it up, I found it viel schwert ..😅 Danke for posting your thoughts
I Love him ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Здравствуйте! Как называется фильм? Спасибо
просроченный сезон - это название фильма The delinquent season is the name of the movie. I think the translation in Russian is not accurate
@@pilarjaenes да,спасибо! В русском переводе звучит как Сезон измен.
It also makes sense, The Betrayal season..
I worked on this as a sound mix engineer when it was in post production and it was one of the most interesting and mesmerising things I’ve worked on. The whole thing is about 25min long - the monologue. He is unbelievable. The short film was presented as an immersive installation in surround sound at Manchester Central during MIF21 (2021). It was available to stream but not sure if it can be accessed anymore. Worth having a dig.
Thanks for sharing your experience, you have been one of the first to watch this little masterpiece, thrilling.I found the whole in a website named smuggler little after publishing this and shared the link but not long ago I tried and It didn't work... I know the short was also played during the last September festival that takes place in Cork called SFSH and he and the text author M.Potter where there for Q&A. By the way, I've read, they are working together again for a new movie project related to Potters' book entitled 'Shy'
@@pilarjaenes Oh! That's interesting. I watched video recently where Cillian talks about the book "Shy" and how much he likes it. So this will be another little gem to look out for. Thanks for the info!
Yes I suppose so.. but we will have to see first Small things like these, that was introduced at Berlinale last February, everything will arrive, no hurry☺️
@@pilarjaenes Yes I know...!!
Sure you know if you work on this
I already knew this. When I saw 28 days later. Been a fan since. You could tell he was heading for greatness. From Batman to Dunkirk. Glad people are catching up with his work now in Peaky Blinders and Oppenheimer. No suprise to me he got an Oscar. Cillian has been AMAZING! Oh, those Beautiful eyes! 😍❤❤❤
Hi Susana! I was aware of his work since 2021 I think, althought I have seen Sunshine by its launching time however it didn't catch my eye on this movie. It is since Peaky Blinders that my younger daughter firstly talked to me about since I realized the Big actor he is. I bought 28 days later but for me, this is not one of his best performances. He is extremely good in a quite forgotten movie called Peacock. This is the most unusual characters he has ever performed. It is a same the movie had some flaws and wasn't very promoted
Hi m.r how are you?
Liebe Mr.Cillian Muphy Sie sind bestens Schauspieler die ich habe im meinem Leben gesehen ❤

Hi Pilar 😊 I can´t wait this movie, the book is wonderful.
Hola Zuzana..yes, I think they might have done something remarkable. We will know very soon so it is launched the day after tomorrow at the Berlinale
@@pilarjaenes Yesterday I saw the press conference to the movie, and I think this movie will be very interesting and important today cuz it makes many feelings and questions to humans across the world. Unfortunately, we can see the movie probably only in autumn as I heard.. Did you are in berlin yesterday?
Oh no! Never been to Berlin.I just saw some scenes from the festival aperture on the news chanel from my country, Spain.. don't worry we will see It sooner or later
This film is stunning. I watched the whole thing onVemo - the writing, acting, direction - it's all superb. I wish there were more thought-provoking films like this.
