The song is song is great from both of them , but the menopause intro is just divine! I'm so glad us oldies still have something to celebrate at open air concerts!

What a tremendous talent is Tori Amos. She "sort of" caught the right time, but not exactly. She is an amazing artist, but the public is sometimes idiotic. I love her, love Kate Bush, love Eivor. I don't mind they borrow. xx

Although Kate and Tori have some similarities, I feel Tori has a slightly more gentle touch here than the Kate Bush version. Her rendition is breathier and more ethereal. Kate is a little more nasal as well. I think she sings it at a higher pitch than the original too. Both are beautifully sung. Tori clearly is influenced by Kate, but she is not a copycat. She has had to compose her own music and lyrics through the years and she has birthed some amazing compositions. Both are greats in their own rights.

I love Kate and Tori from her earliest work. But this. This. She just shows her absolute all. Doffs cap
