i have been saying this for years. the easiest way to prepare for the everest is the baro-chamber training, adding oxygen cells to the blood. and adjusted chemical composition. technically, all of it is considered cheating.

Thanks man. Glad it helped you. It was a long walk from Kyanjin Gompa to Thulo Syafru. I would say approx. 8/9hrs. Rather than staying at Bamboo, I would suggest to stay at Thulo Syabru. You get to explore more in there. Happy trekking. Cheers 🤙

@davidtriyadi hi, make sure you reach Dhunche by 3pm. And for Pokhara, I am not sure but you can get off at Galchi and take a bus/micro to Pokhara. Yes you can get ticket on the spot. There shouldn’t be any issue. Cheers

It depends on various factors. Doing the trek with guide and port will cost more than doing it solo. If you prefer doing solo it will cost you approx. $30 per day (for meals and accommodation), transport and permits are extra. You can see the blizzard of snow and wind going past the tent. I spent the night in a tent on Mount Washington with a flapping in my face all night cuz the winds were 80 mph if I recall and we were right at the tree line.
