Hi guys, These are some of the things I did to help me prepare for Ofsted. Every staff meeting I would go through safeguarding scenarios with staff to ensure their knowledge was up to date. I would observe staff practice and give advice on how to ensure quality interaction. I also meet every 3 month’s with my team and address any areas for improvement. I hope this helps!
