Thanks for sharing. I used to do latch hook kits ages ago and this brings back memories of how actually fun it is to do!
@@craftingwithaileen I'm having fun working on it again.
Hi. I can completely understand keeping the ears covered. I usually just wear a hat even in the summer. Maybe I should try crocheting some ear covering headbands like you make. I'd look a lot less goofy! 🤣
I hope you share if you make some earwarmers.
@@CraftingwithVivianS I'll let you know! 🤩
Love the butterflies😊
That is a great idea. Keep up the creative thinking!
Thank you for the encouragement.
Love it!
😊Thank you!
Yes, bowl cozies are very good to have on hand. I have never used the ones my daughter gave me in the microwave, either, as she wasn't told if they were 100% cotton. I'm excited to make some that can be used in the microwave.
It looks good. Nice Job.. I love my cozies and use them for a lot of things. From holding my ice cream bowls to heating jars of gravy and lots of other cooking steps. I sew mainly cotton only with everything so when a new cozy desire strikes, I have everything I need.
enjoyed your kitty, I can crochet but not in a very long time,
Thank you!
Your Kitty is adorable 😍

Good to see you feeling better....
@@craftingwithaileen Thank you.
I love the hat, momma!
Thank you!
Take your time recovering from your surgery. I will wait for you to start feeling better but take your time. That is a pretty big surgery. Your hat is very festive!!
Thank you for stopping by. Even though I have pain from the surgery, of course, it is no where near as bad as I was feeling before surgery. I am sleeping better now.
@@CraftingwithVivianS I'm glad to hear that! Just take the time to recover and think of lots of projects you can work on once your healing has progressed further.
What do you do with all the head bands? Do you participate in craft sales?
I have someone wanting to buy one. In the past, I have given them as gifts. I may try to find local craft shows in the future and see about selling some of the items, I've made.
So pretty
Thank you!
I love your work I am new to crocheting you are a inspiration.
Thank you. I hope to add more crochet videos, as I get better at making them.
I need some of those for my job it gets really cold we have no heat I the winter at my job

So cute 😍.
Thank you!
That is SEW pretty!!! ❤❤❤
Thank you!
Nice! I'm thinking the single crochet one would be really warm! I may have to try this.
It is really warm and cozy.
Cozy! Hey, those could also be a bandeau top!
@@MaisySuccre they would have to be made a bit bigger.🙂
The hat turned out nicely. I am curious, is that a stuffed chicken in the background?
@@IronStitches Yes, I made that years ago. My sister had one and she drew me out a pattern that she had used for hers. I made this chicken sometime in the early 1980s. I still have the pattern that my sister drew out on a brown paper sack.
Cute!
Thank you!
Neat idea!!
Thank you.
Cute 😍 cover 😍
Thank you very much.
Looks great!
Thank you!
I love it!! That turned out beautifully! Thank you for sharing. :)
Thank you!
That is coming along nicely. Looking forward to seeing the finished project.
Thank you.
Very nice Viv. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for stopping by my channel.
I like notebook covers. Is this your own pattern?
Yes, it's my own pattern. I started with the embroidered pieces and worked around it from there. Thank you so very much for stopping by my channel.
Did I miss somewhere about the open pocket edges? Do you hem the open edges? I don't see you do this and they look finished. This is a fresh idea and I love it. Thank you for sharing it! I just subscribed to your channel and look forward to new ideas to try.
Start watching around 2:30 min. in. The pocket size is listed in the description and it is folded over with the SF101 piece that is cut to 1/2 the size of the pocket piece. It is stitched in the seams with the top of the folded edge at the top. You can see how it kind of flaps loosely before the outer edge is stitched. This can be top stitched on the folded edge, but I forgot to do that step on this particular one. I hope this helps. Thank you so much for stopping by my channel.
Ohhh how fun! Lot's of beautiful fabrics!
Beautiful fabric. Adorable embroidery bird. If you figure out how to keep the embroidery thread secure, please let me know. Okay I have to ask, what are the cute ladybugs 🐞 under your window?
I made the big one. I use it for a pin cushion. I made another and gave it to one of my younger granddaughters who is 11 and she likes to do crafts. The other one is a little metal lady bug. I think she was a child's toy of some sort. I'm using it to store some needles in.
Very nice Vivian. You got some very pretty fabrics and you cute little embroidery. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! 😊
Hi Vivian. I like learning about Pellon products. There seems to be so many to choose from. The foot pedal project is a great idea. I need to make one of those. Thanks!
I love learning about Pellon products, also. I knew nothing of SF101 until last year, when I was watching a lot of RUclips videos on quilting and quilted projects, while I was recovering from surgery. I just bought some more of the shelf liner, so I can make more none slip projects. I love my jar grippers. They help so much. I was amazed.
I love machine embroidery. Your Brother did a beautiful job without one hiccup. I need to finger out the proper tautness and how to keep the material secure so that it doesn't slip out of the hoop. Great demonstration. Thanks!
Thank you! I just make sure that I tighten my screw on my hoop as much as I can.
pretty
Thank you!
Bardzo ciekawy projekt. Pozdrawiam z Polski.
@@RenataSobczak-f7y Thank you for visiting my channel.
Great idea! Thanks for sharing! I think I'll make some as gifts with the recipients name embroidered on it. Also, I would show a picture of the final result in the thumbnail and in the beginning of the video to get more attention.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm still learning how to do this video editing and uploading. I'm teaching myself, so hopefully I will get the hang of placing thumbnails in the near future.
Love it!
Thank you.
Keep up your videos and I'll be watching everyone your dolls were amazing
Cute bag ❤
That is so cute. and would be so handy. at times when we dont have pockets big enough for a cell phone.
@@ritasroost I use mine to talk to my hubby when I'm shopping, since he is not able to physically go shopping with me anymore. That way I use my ear plugs and don't have to have him on speakerphone.
