Thank you Chet!!! Great information! Thank you for your efforts to keep TV great!
when and where? "Murder on the Orient Express
Another great presentation.
You do amazing work and although I'm 80 years old, I'm thinking about getting into intarsia. It sounds very interesting and I think it's something I can handle. I do have one question though if I may,,,,, you mentioned some wood spade in time due to UV rays and you also mention you use a UV inhibitor. Would you be willing to share which UV inhibitor you use? I think about the only thing stopping me right now is the price of a good scroll saw. Do you have any suggestions in that area? Thanks Tom
Enjoyed that. Well done film and kudos to all the singers and voices. You sound remarkable! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Very nice
I’ve looked into going to Mexico dental care.
Stephen scooter king you got this
Ms. George is a little strident in making some assertions which are demonstrably false or not quite as cut and dry as she suggests.
What happened to the Loudon County Board of Education's requested Strategic Planning/Feasibility Study? The Loudon County Public Schools’ Board of Education (BOE) and the Office of Superintendent in 2018 produced a document seeking outside professional services firms to produce a ten (10) year District Growth Plan. 10 years would extend to, at least, 2028. The proposal required projections up to 15 years which would, at a minimum, include up to the year 2033. A Proposal Review Committee, comprised of County, School District, Board of Education, parents and community members, expects the research to include school of choice impacts such as voucher programs but also transportation infrastructure, as well as staffing budgets to mention just a few. Study requirements included out-of-county enrollment, impact on transportation, building requirements, etc., in other words, exactly what the standing room only citizenry asked for at public meetings. Nowhere does the Board of Education suggests its OK to just wing it. Specifically included in the study sought: "How much acreage do we need?" Also asked: "What costs might be associated with transportation in regard to opening a new school?" Asked for accountability, the Loudon County commissioners blamed the Board of Education. Did someone kill the BOE study request? Or is it out there, hidden, because some Loudon County commissioners don't want it to be seen?
Mr. Bradshaw said he would be surprised if Tennessee passes a voucher program. That is very surprising because Loudon County citizens were shocked that the extremely unpopular $115 million spending spree was rammed through without a study (said study costing $0 to $100,000) contrary to common sense. Governor Lee wants $7,000 vouchers. Trump wants $10,000 vouchers. Those vouchers will feed an orgy of entrepreneurship by individual teachers to run micro-schools in their homes. Just do the math. How many $10,000 vouchers are needed for a teacher to work from home? The entire reason the $115 million was rushed through was precisely because it is likely to become even more obvious that $115 million isn’t needed either because of vouchers or the private school that is being built…which begs the question about the motives of the 6 commissioners and county mayor.
I have moved into Tellico Village within the last year. When considering said move to TV, this was a program I watched to gain information and learn about the community. The Quarterly POA Board Update was quite useful to me in the decision-making process regarding purchasing here in Tellico Village. I would recommend watching this program (and many other excellent TVN programs) to folks in the Village. I am not cheerleading for the POA, for sure. In fact, I was left with a number of questions and concerns for TV based on the content of this 2nd Quarter program. Said, I was able to gain some valuable perceptive on the POA's stance and position on important matters going forward. Knowledge attained from this program will be helpful to me in understanding Board initiatives going forward. Best, Finbar T. Keenan
Great video explaining nearly all aspects of the dilemma facing our community. I do, however, feel the IMI from roof/downspouts has been under estimated as others here seem to feel as well. Why not institute what many communities have enacted-a red dye or smoke test requirement prior to the sale of a home. Eventually, many of the intrusions will be discovered & corrected and charged to the current homeowner, not TV.
Nice job explaining
Terrific, easy to understand overview on our reserve study and the process. Thank you Brad!
What new areas are being considered on our 3 golf courses for beautification and Audubon areas?
Outstanding explanation
Glad it was helpful!
Matt, I think you are underestimating the I&I problem from roof gutters going into the tank feed lines. When rain events cause 3X the flow compared to normal times this is most likely from roof drains going right into the tanks. Slight leaks around pipe entrances in the tanks would quikly get sealed from dirt/mud/clay, and since there isn't much driving force for ground water to enter the tank this just doesn't make intuitive engineering sense to blame the majority of the problem on anything else other than roof drains. Additionally you have evidence from a homeowner during a recent town hall that stated his roof gutters go into his tank. I would at a minimum look at homes from the early village construction before this was policed. You can narrow it down to certain neighborhoods by monitoring where the flow increased the most when rain events hit. Disconnecting those old gutter systems from your wast tanks would be the best bang for the buck you will find in fixing this system.
Seems like we could find a few suspects and do a smoke test. That should show up in the gutters and the downspout could be unhooked. Even with the new project there still could be quite a savings finding and diverting these drains.
Thank you. Very interesting presentation looking forward to seeing how the costs will be covered.
I’m so glad I saw this; but, I know some seniors officials who might not be! hahaha! I’ve been a mosaic artist my entire life; but, senior living facilities have determined that it’s too dangerous to have glass and stone products around that can produce shards. All senior facilities have fully equipped workshops to keep the men happy though … Mama just found a loophole 💯❣️ Thanks
Thank you for these videos. You’re making it easier to become a birder. 😊
Thanks to Matt for the great presentation. Looking forward to the in depth video's.
Matt’s presentation stunk! LOL! 😂 Seriously, great job with great illustrations of the problems/issues.
Thank you for streaming this. Couldn't have heard it otherwise.
Living on the course I see the daily work to open the course and would like to know more about those efforts. The discussion about the Irrigation process is informative.
Nice job Jon, Casey and Pat. Good info on the irrigation process.
Awesome job gentlemen. Awesome informative; always a pleasure to watch.

Excellent information for a new Tellico Village resident
Thousands of hours of residents time and how many hundreds of hours of Staff time wasted on a Water Authority that is not legal. Who was responsible for this gross oversight?
Do you charge for this service?
T-Bart does not charge for boat tows
Dog policy !👍
Almost two years since Tanasi burnt down and they haven't even started to do anything. And Chet has the nerve to say they are making progress.
Good information that is well presented
2024 was it for the best? A question that is still difficult to answer

What a brilliant helpful video. I'm now going to give this a try.
has the board EVER considered a moratorium on new home construction until our infrastructure problems are solved for the long-term?
I’ve been doing Intarsia for a few years and still learn key things! Thankyou!
WWHHOOOAAA
THAT was not only enterta9ning, but witty. Of course, your original language was comprehensible, but the prolixity and emphatic volubility of the modern techno-golf instructor, though possibly accurate (translation, pls!), can lead to misunderstanding, loss of fees, and a lifetime of intellectual immolation.
Thanks. I didn’t know the dark uphill vs shiney downhill idea.
Great tips Mike! Gonna try these next time I go out
Well done. Complete information with photos. Especially appreciate the bird sounds
