Why our current leaders don't listen to these old intelligent people who have colonial knowledge so that we strive our country.?

But my quetion is,since now colonialist have gone,why can't we start go back to what Indians were doing.

Uganda is now number 1 coffee exporter in Africa and number 1 dairy exporter in the Africa.

Wasnt a Nyamurunga person but a son to a civil servant who went with both feet into politics leaving his job and he lost terribly..He never recovered
