That was a custom modification of a DOT tracker from the Weak Aura add-on. I ended up scrapping it so unfortunately I cannot share. Although, I would recommend downloading WeakAuras addon and checking out their website there is a lot of custom similar ones you can get! Google Translate too good!

Super helpful video for me just starting Affli warlock! 0:37 Which addon shows CC on the right side of enemy nameplate?
"BigDebuffs" from CurseForge! I think by default, it may not show Unstable Affliction on the side, but it can be configured to show whichever debuffs you want with various priorities.

Fun vid! Im torn between shadow bolt or drain soul for pvp.
Shadowbolt is the way to go! With nightfall procs it becomes insta-cast and less chance of being kicked. I ended up changing my build after this video was published and switched from Hellcaller to Soul Harvester. Double nightfall insta-cast shadowbolts can hit for up to 1.3-1.5mil dmg each, too strong!
