You have no idea how helpful this is i just started playing in a church band and all the other tutorials are just the open chords no cool d licks😎

While the Tony Rice rendition is challenging with the cross picking, Norman's is even touger to replicate in my opinion. Not that I could ever replicate either one, but I learned the Rice version. The way Norman kept that aggressive rhythm while playing such clean notes, the first time I heard it I thought it was two guitars. You broke it down nicely here and made it look fun- I'm going to give it a try.

A small tip. Play a snippet of the song at the beginning. For someone who might not be familiar with the song they will be lost since they don't already know the melody.
