The parent company to our workplace hired Kent Frazier/Fully Human in the Spring of 2022. Our workplace had a very chronic, years-long history of Workplace Bullying and Workplace Incivility. The main cause for the toxic culture in our workplace was a male, placed in a position of power, that mistreated and bullied subordinate staff, the majority of which are female. This "bully" was fired from another workplace in the same state years prior for the exact same behavior. Our internal management/director knew of the risk at the time of the hiring of this person, and knew of the bullying while it was happening, but allowed it as finances and business decisions were favored over a safe work environment. Once our workplace was purchased by our now parent company, and the toxic culture was revealed, Kent Frazier/Fully Human was hired by our parent company to help work through our internal issues and provide resolution. This ultimately did not happen. Our staff found Kent Frazier to side with internal management, without doing a 360 review process, resulting in Kent Frazier/Fully Human dismissing our concerns. Kent Frazier/Fully Human was paid significant monies via our business internal management to train the staff regarding the Drama Triangle, which resulted in Kent Frazier/Fully Human changing course from why they were hired in the first place. This likely redirection and change of course was directed by our internal management...but also supported and protected by Kent Frazier/Fully Human. And ongoing bullying of women was documented in our workplace months later in late 2022 and early 2023, all the while Kent Frazier/Fully Human was still coming to our workplace. One of the biggest complaints from staff was that Kent Frazier/Fully Human tried to perform personal therapy in our workplace, which felt inappropriate and to the best of our knowledge, Kent Frazier does not have this kind of training. Others may have a different experience. But this was our experience, which we have documented in emails and texts, many of which are from Kent Frazier himself. Once our parent company learned of how Kent Frazier/Fully Human was managing this issue of incivility and bullying, our parent company discontinued working with Kent Frazier/Fully Human around March of 2023. Since Kent Frazier/Fully Human was hired by our parent company in the Spring of 2022 the following has occurred: 1) The bully left our workplace in April 2023 and moved to another city in the same state. This person left a large amount of work unfinished, directly recruited business referrals from our workplace to his new business while still employed at our workplace, and even cultivated certain relationships with some internal staff, eventually giving pay raises and taking valuable staff away. 2) The CEO of our parent company that originally hired Kent Frazier/Fully Human is no longer the CEO. 3) Our previous internal management/director has been removed and is no longer associated with either our workplace or our parent company. 4) And multiple filings with the EEOC have been made as well as a formal/legal grievance with our parent company. As in this video, Kent Frazier says all the right things...but in our experience, his words and actions did not align. The irony in all this, is that we had a very serious situation of a male bullying subordinate women in the workplace. And at a time that staff was vulnerable, authentic, and in need of true help, Kent Frazier/Fully Human was the least "human" in all this. When the purpose morphed to Kent Frazier/Fully Human focusing on training for the Drama Triangle and dismissing a very toxic workplace culture, it truly felt that Kent Frazier/Fully Human was less interested in the health and safety of our workplace...and more interested in promoting Kent Farzier's/Fully Human's own personal interests and financial benefit. One wonders what Kent's daughter would think of her dad protecting a bully of young women?

Thank you for working to change the culture of fathers when it comes to the workplace. I had a son during the pandemic and I'm so fortunate to have worked from home for his first year. But I know my experience is not common for working fathers.

This made some excellent points. I'm going to have a discussion with my kids to find out how they think I'm doing as a father. I want them to be honest about it.

So true. What the kids actually think is the most important thing and we often misinterpret that when we assume what they think.
