Hi Laura. I was wondering if you could give me any tips for weight loss. I’m a 14 year old girl who is 56kg. I recently gained a lot of weight over the holidays and I want to loose it and go back to my weight of 49kg. Do you have any tips?
hi luvvv🤍 do at least 1 workout every single day (u can go on a run, or do a workout at home, anything u want, but make sure to do at least 1 thing everyday, even just 5 min before going to sleep🎀 + walk as much as possible!! and then I would suggest eating only 2 meals a day (no snacks in between, so when u eat make sure u r getting enough healthy food) and focus on eating mostly whole-foods and a lot of veggies/fruits🤍 and try to remove sugar as much as possible (u can replace regular sugar with stevia🎀) and most importantly: I want u to romanticize eating healthy and working out daily and visualize how u would feel at your ideal weight (u can create a pinterest board for motivation)🤍 mindset is sooo important to achieve ur goals!! im soooo excited for u, it’s really easy to lose weight at ur age, just stay consistent and be patient🎀

this workout will mostly grow ur glutes, but the more u grow ur glutes, the slimmer ur legs will get🤍 lyyy🎀

I only use weights twice a week during my usual gym routine! The rest of the days I just do these simple bodyweight workouts🎀 lyyyy <3
will you still be able to tone the legs and booty on a calorie deficit ?
yes!! u can definitely still tone on a calorie deficit - unless it’s a very extreme calorie deficit (which I wouldn’t recommend🎀) lyyyyy <3

I just finished this workout and damn girl you're so strong! I have two questions regarding the exercises ^^ 1. Is it correct that i don't feel any burn in my belly when doing the sideplank, i felt lots of pain in my elbow because i was trying to keep myself up. 2. Is it also correct that i dont feel any burn in my belly when doing the mountain climbers (except for in my arms)? Maybe it's because the bicycle crunches made my belly numb from the burn 🤣 Ily and thank you for sharing this workout i'd love to keep it in my routine for the next 2 weeks and see both my belly and my strength improve! 🥹🤍💋

Sorry for this question,, but dont you have a problem then with your p*riods when u eat one meal
no worries!! and no i don’t! the only times i ever lost my period is when i was extremely stressed out (final exams, flying to a different country for the first time, etc.)🎀 but ofc if it causes u any issues, then try to add more meals throughout the day <3 what’s important is that u take good care of ur health🤍
