In the US stores that sell roofing also sell zinc strips, I think they might only work on asphalt shingle roofs, but the zinc slowly corodes and washes down the roof and I guess moss and algae don't like growing on the zinc. A lot of people think they can add that to the roof that's already covered in moss and it will clean it off, you definitely need a service like yours first.

Mate I stopped offering biocide as a service. I always use hypo now on roofs as we never get enough dry days on the uk to apply biocide. I learned this from nick at prestige. He always uses hypo. As you know it’s a waste of time applying biocide if it’s not dry for at least 24 hours after application. You get a bit better weather down south but we get rain almost every day here in Scotland. 😂😂😂 Lovely job though mate 👏👏

Nice job mate , Get yourself a steccone featherlight squeegee a lot easier to fan with ! DA compenents sell them. trust me. it will help you greatly. speed up. your window cleaning ..... possibly. have 2 pouches. at the back and place 2 or more. damp wrung out clothes. for frames and fill your. BOAB. up with water and detergent mix ( bucket on a belt ) from a. bottle in your van ( you will probably need to fill it up several times in a day ). Before you go to work in the morning. take. hot water in a water cannister ( 10 liters ? 20 liters ? ) if you are cleaning a lot of houses. use fresh clean cloths for each house ! and only. place clean cloths in the hot water ! this. will help. maintain. quality and you will not be throwing dirty cloths or dirty water onto. clean frames may seem over kill but it works. ! the hot cloths. will stay s,lightly insulated in your pouch , you can insulate the. hot water maybe with something... ! Hot water is a much more pleasant experience than cold and cleans better . .. Maybe thing about getting an upright. Wydale. Water pole tank ( 200 Liters ? ). and. general pump. water fed pole hose reel.. this will speed up. everything greatly ! you could even use a gardiner. hose reel to hold. your. wfp hose... Get a Shurflo 100 psi pump 5.7 Lpm. or the smaller version. 100 psi 3.8lpm. and a great brush to have is the Gardiner solar cleaning wfp brushes which are 45 cm in width.. get both of those. .. they. really are quick. and light and great for large windows even smaller ones ! Just so you know i am from brum originally and have my own cleaning firm in Germany for more than 30 years

Next time dont put the sealer ontop of new tarmac..the bag tarmac in a bag. The sealer will peal off.. it will not stick to it. Also the sealer you are doing the job with is shit.. use this stuff its proper stuff not the crap u using. Ok mush.. ill.send you the sealer details...its , paint master professional drivemaster......

Sick finish. Just got all my stuff for roof cleaning and have spent all my savings on the equipment then my van brakes down two times in less than 4 weeks. Couldn't make its up. Hopefully back on the road soon

68mm is gutter downpipe. Great cheap pole holder. I have 2 x 68mm downpipes for wfp but as my Peugeot Partner is small I cut through the bulkhead so downpipe can extend into cab for enough length. It doesn't impact the height in cab unless you are 7ft tall!
