Try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. Make sure your Amazon account is set to our local region (Globally we fall under Amazon.com.au) - this needs to be done on a computer Lastly if all else fails factory reset the TV and start again.

It should would using the process outlined in the video. If you press and hold the MyApp button it will reset however so once a shortcut has been applied, just quick press the button and wait for the TV to load the App / action / command. I can't confirm any bugs in the software for your TV however I just set a shortcut here in our showroom and it works fine. You could also try checking you have the latest firmware update. From the home screen go to: Settings> Device & Software > About> Check for updates

No Airplay built in to MZ980 unfortunately which is why it was such a big deal for the new Fire TV OS models. To screenshare from iPhone you will need to look at plug in option such as apple TV or Chromecast.

MZ series TV's will be harder to find now they have been replaced by 2024 models but the extra specifications the MZ2000 had was Micro Lens Array panel which is brighter.

32 inch Panasonic TV's use Android OS. If you read the description you can see a list of the TV models have Fire TV OS applicable for this video

Fire is a New Operating system that only launched with 2024 models this year but similar to putting Windows OS on a Mac computer older 2023 models are not able to install a different operating system. You have 2 options available to you depending on what app's you're after: 1. Buy a Fire TV Stick 4K and use that as the OS for your TV, it will also work with the Panasonic Remote so the experience will be very much the same minus a few exclusive features on the new 2024 models 2. Return to the Retailer to look at other options. - if you do...make sure to discuss with them what app's you need the TV to have and see if you can test in store before making any decisions. do you mean Windows 10 or Windows 11? It works perfectly fine on my laptop, studio PC and personal PC all running Windows 11 and previous laptop which was windows 10 before I upgraded. How are you connecting?

OR connect headphones directly to your phone and play music from your phone. Connecting your phone to your PC has no impact on what your headphones are connected to

You Should be able to press the Home button or Back button and it will either bring up apps ribbon or just go straight to channel 1 for your broadcast channels that you tuned in (Either UHF or Sat) I've never seen it freeze before but if it has then try turning it off and on again

Both MZ2000 and Z95 support up to 12bit colour gradation with Hollywood level tuning in the HCX Processor and on that particular panel. Can you elaborate more on what you mean by "The" smooth gradation?

@PanaStudioNZ the Option Point (smooth graduation) to reduce color banding or Low content banding. The z95a and z93 has a extra Option for that. The mz and lz doesnt have that Option Point.

​@@Uncle_Titus Ahh I see, with different operating system we have a different menu /settings map but in MZ2000 or MHS models you can adjust Noise Control settings which should have the same overall effect. Menu > Main Menu > Picture settings > Noise Reduction

Will follow up on local dimming & VRR but on previous model MX950 it was turned off. I don't think Panasonic will produce QD OLED panels as Micro Lens Array OLED panel on Z95A is proving to be superior in colour accuracy and Rtings testing on QD OLED is showing high levels of burn in on QD OLED. I'm not sure about UK TV ranging but in New Zealand where our channel is based we have a 75 inch W95 and it's great! no 85 inch here but with entry to US market it's possible as USA like everything big.

Following up on Local Dimming question, yes when VRR is turned on while gaming Local dimming is turned disabled

aside from the Panasonic Z95 MLA OLED panel the W95 is extremely bright and I've never had any issues with reflections. Those claims are a little vague though but if you can provide the links to their reviews I'd be happy to watch and then reply.

Viewing angle is good but not as good as OLED. Both TV's are still VA panels so have better picture quality & contrast at the cost of wide viewing angle.

All great features that are often overlooked! Hopefully with re-entering the US market we will see bigger OLED's again and maybe a return to Adjustable feed for premium LED's or a Swivel .

Numbers and letters should be all visible from the on screen keyboard so no need to switch, check time stamp at 1.06 to see the layout of on screen keyboard and hopefully that will help :)
