Static gets absolutely crippled by a flash at 7:46, and gets finished off soon after 7:35 Raikou takes a Monkey Cave ruler skip 8:37 Raikou finds the shining spot, revealing that the skip took him to Floor 7 Electro Specter! At some point, Raikou picked up a Franklin Badge--perhaps during the stream's downtime while exploring Threed, the same one Static got? Either way, Raikou gets through the fight without too much trouble.
