The Green Room is an actor's training studio here to share tips and insights on how to further your acting career.
We’ve conducted tens of thousands of professional on camera auditions.
We've written those national voice over commercials you've auditioned for.
We’ve made millions of dollars as on camera and voice actors ourselves.
Many of our teachers have spent years in the casting industry as Casting Directors, Casting Associates, or Session Directors for network TV shows, films, and commercials, or have worked as a creative at major national ad agencies. All of our teachers also have extensive experience as professional, working actors. We can relate to you, because we've seen the relationship from both sides of the fence.

If you are a Chicago-based actor, WATCH THIS SERIES. I cannot thank you all enough for creating these videos. I've been sharing these with my friends and I think a lot of actors and improvisers are completely unaware of the entire process. These videos were much needed and I guarantee most actors will learn at least something from each video. Great job, GR and please keep them coming.

Thanks! That's a major part of why we are doing them. It's important for actors to know the workings of the business community they are collaborating with, but we've also go so much to do on the ACTING side when in the class room!
I recently had the privilege of taking an in-person version of this series (led by Sean and Courtney) and learned way more than anticipated for what sounded like an introductory workshop. No doubt this will be an incredibly helpful resource for the Chicago acting community.
