jaw dropping!
Thank you for your video 🤙🏼 I have a 2007 Chevy corvette. You saved me a lot of money just watching your video. Great work 🤙🏼🙏🏼
Glad it was helpful, Thanks for watching.
What did you use to lower the front end? Looks great. We have a ‘62 stepside we’re rebuilding as well. Truck looks great!
The 62 has torsion bar front end that can be adjusted by just backing off 2 bolts. I also used a 3” drop spindle. Thanks for watching.
Are you having any problems with the subwoofer placement in the trunk? Does the sound come into the cab clearly?
No problem at all. Thanks for watching
the specs on these are 8" to 16".... can you see any reason why it wouldn't do a 17 or 18 inch rim provide the tire isn't too tall ?
I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I broke down a 17” with it. Thanks for watching.
I absolutely love this car!!!!! How long have you had it?
I enjoyed the video, thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
Beautiful ride...
Love this Truck...Glad your doing more to it.
Yeah lots to come. Hope you’re doing well.
Great video and clean work. The stance after looks amazing 👍
Thanks I appreciate it. Stay tuned for some major changes to the truck. Thanks for watching.
you have any issues breaking beads and it slips, gouging the tires?
A few times, I just made sure it was seated as close to the bead as I could. Thanks for watching.
Those manual tire changers work good for light duty steel wheels, but they just don't cut it with most things. I currently use mine with a bicycle attachment I got from harbor freight, and it works very good in that configuration. I always suggest to anyone that has a home shop to get a set of Chinese tire machines. I purchased the XinKong mounting and balancing machine for a little over $2k. The mounting machine is EXCELLENT, and the balancer is good, but it's definitely low tech and requires punching in manual measurements to get started. However, the balancing machine does exactly what it's designed to do, it balances wheels. But yeah, if you already have your own shop with a lift, and everything else, I highly suggest investing in some actual tire machines. You will never regret the purchase. I've already used mine several times in the last 6 months. They really come in handy for when you want to patch plug a tire from the inside. The bead breaker alone on the machine was well worth the purchase. That MF will BREAK any bead! If you do decide to get a tire mounting machine, do spring for a machine that has at least 2 assist arms. Can get by without assist arms, but the assist arms makes a HUGE difference when mounting stiffer tires to alloy wheels. Another thing to keep in mind, make sure to get a mounting machine that has a built in bead blaster. Makes life a lot easier being able to bead blast stubborn tires that won't seat themselves. Anyways, hope any of this helps. Good luck!
I have since bought a tire machine and balancer. Check out my video on the mayflower tire changer. Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching.
@@Garage3030tv I'm familiar with the Mayflower machines. They are essentially identical to XinKong. Glad you made the investment.
Thanks for watching.
Biury ❤
Don't forget to mention the rod bearings spinning problem even on less than 3000 miles on all 2013 LS7 427 Z06s engines. Better buy a good service warranty.
Still watching, but had to stop to comment on how much I like that C5 tattoo! More comments to follow, I'm sure.
I appreciate that. Thanks for watching.
You can show the harness you use please?
What did that tesla like unit run you on the 2012 GS?
Go to knightdrivetv.com for the current cost of the unit, they have come down a little since I purchased mine I think they run around $1800 now. Thanks for watching.
I also have a 50 delux 2 door, with a camaro sub frame under it, and the subframe is to wide, it's from a 78 Z28 and the tires rub the front fenders. I was told that if you're going to sub frame it, you need to find a sub frame from an older 1970 -72 nova or 67-70 camaro, because even though you can buy shorter a arms for the newer s frames it's not very cost effective. Also the body should be removed so that the welding can be done to the top of the frame ,where the the graft to the original frame is, otherwise it's not safe! I really enjoy the Videos wish I was 20 yrs younger.
I appreciate you watching
Thanks! Would've liked to see you actually placing, setting & using the jacks though.
The video from 2:45 on shows the operation of the jacks? Thanks for watching.
lol...I felt the pain of you trying to pull that off!
Yeah instructions sucked putting these together. Still not sure what 2 of my assist arms or used for lol. Best tip bolt the balancer to the ground. I also had to custom cut L brackets for the tire change extension kit. Great Review though.
I agree, we leveled and bolted the balancer. Thanks for the comment and watching.
Hey Michael it’s Bubba, great looking channel. Already watched several videos. Great to meet you today and I hope we see each other soon.
Hey Bubba, it was great meeting you also. Thanks for watching
Looks like one heck of a good day in Nashville. We were in Nashville Sept. 28th and 29th then headed down to Gatlinburg for the rest of the week
It was great. Hope you’re doing well
Great job! Thank you 🙏
Thanks for watching
Will this machine work on smaller ATV tires as well ? Thanks
I have never tried small tires, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t. Thanks for watching
I love that huge head unit. How much are they?
Go to Knight Drive TV www.knightdrivetv.com/?srsltid=AfmBOoqO1IrQj8YNd3sppEipSjz9Py8T1ugZT0jhU4R1ZK9Nn2rjc7qe They have all the information on the unit. Thanks for watching.
Man idk what is wrong with the first owner... Only 3600 miles over 15 years for a base, red, convertable, automatic... Drive the damn car!! It's not a collector.
I agree, we have put 10k on it in a year and a half. Thanks for watching.
It would have been nice if you showed the flush mount fastener installation or at least a Amazon link. No idea what it looks like.
Great video, thanks ! 👍
Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching.

How’s it going? Haven’t seen any content from you in awhile. Hope all is well.
I’ll be back with more content soon. Had some health issues but those are almost behind me now. Thanks for watching.
Did you have to cut anything else besides the trunk pan
A little of the floor under the rear seat. I will be getting into the building of new floor pans shortly. Thanks for watching.
How do you like the Jensen head unit? Any finished pictures or video of the completed install?
I wish you didn't skip the bezel removals, that was my main reason for watching. But good anyway. Thx!
Cut the music down some. Love your car!!
lol never showed the new unit powered on.
I like how you used the existing 1950 body mounts. Regarding the rear end, one from an S10 4X4 works well.
Why would you Not have the 427 Edition?
Probably because he didn’t want the 7L headaches.
I've got one of these on order. I'd also like to flush mount. What size anchors and length of bolt is needed? I'd like to get the hardware and be ready to mount this when it arrives. Good video. Thanks
Great vid!! Like the radio and the darker headlights. I'm guessing you had to give up the CD player?
Gotta love power tour
Cool vett!
Rat rod drag car
looks familiar. Hope you had fun.
It was a great time wish you were here.
I dig your show..
I appreciate that. Thanks for watching.
im gonna get this thing, instead of big tire changing machine...
They are a little work, but you can save a ton. Thanks for watching.
Any idea on C6 locking up out when u replace head unit
What do you mean by locking up?
Nice car
Thanks. And thanks for watching.
You need to get some exercise
Don’t we all. Thanks for watching.
What size tires are on it?
215/75/15 Thanks for watching.
Looking forward to seeing it all finished, I'm working on a 4 door 1950 styleline special myself.
That’s awesome they are great cars. Thanks for watching!
