Hey, y’all! 😊 Prior to staying here for our honeymoon, we searched for walkthroughs of this particular style of suite, and we couldn’t find any decent ones! Hence, we made our own! When you’re paying this much, it’s super-nice to know what you’re getting, so here y’all go! FYI: We freakin’ loved our experience! It was truly magical, and this resort is utterly flawless! You’ll honestly be ruined...

I had been looking for a bottom floor video for so long so thank you for posting this was incredibly helpful since hubs and i have only been to EPM for our honeymoon and is our only excellence stay we have to compare to. I was wondering how i can make sure i'm booking the bottom floor room. I can't seem to figure out on the website which one is the bottom vs top for the beach house and we'd really like a truly walk-out room. What was the language used on your booking to imply it's the bottom floor?

Hi, Connie! We ABSOLUTELY loved it! We booked a return visit before we even left. Before this, we were Excellence Playa Mujeres super-fans, and, while we still love it there, there's just something extra-magical about Jamaica!
Looks like they updated the glass on the side of the plunge pool. Based on older videos it looks like that hasn’t been frosted before but now it is.
And the stained blue couch lol it just gets worse

FSD not real , just a toy for early adopters, but the cost is staggeringly ludicrous, lots of people with more money than sense . The cars could be junk before its available. It begs belief that Tesla can sell this and more so that supposed wealthy people are so gullible to buy it with any hope of it being ready soon. The fact that FSD package doesn’t even have any value to next owner.like mats exploration just fantasy. Personally think this is a money making mechanism to subsidise Tesla , if he would just stick to making the cars better in range and affordable. Never understand the safety aspect as in USA they kill each other right and left with guns on a daily basis !car deaths are minimal problem but then again no amendment to worry about .

Came upon your video and really liked it. Although I do follow a lot of well known FSD Beta Testers, there's something really interesting in following along people that discover this incredible technology. Keep documenting your experiences with FSD Beta. The couple dynamic works really well. The discussion and comments are also interesting. I thought the "amateur" handheld camera work was nicely done switching between road and screen.

So What does "Suspension" mean? I still have acesss to FSD Beta 12.3.20 and release notes read: Full Self-Driving (beta) Suspension.
Could it be that you got suspended from it? I’ve heard that you can get temporarily kicked off for certain situations!
If you are reading this in the Release Notes, its probably just describing the process by which Tesla can revoke your FSD Beta aceess in it detects unsafe usage. If you don't pay attention, it will FSD will warn you, then give you strikes. After too many strikes, you loose FSD Beta.

@@sailingloveday just got back from an unnecessary drive just to test it. I had 2 disengagements but overall I’m blown away. I’m in Georgia so the road conditions won’t be like a California but I would say we are 2 years away based on this which is pretty awesome
That is excellent, dear sir! 🎉 Did you buy it for the full 12k, or are you subscribing? We’re subscribing, but, after we do a few more FSD drives, we may be seriously tempted to pull the trigger! It’s pretty mind-blowing, right? It’s just SUCH a bummer that FSD stays with the car, rather than staying with the driver, so that the software can be transferred to a new Tesla down the road! Boo! What are your thoughts on that?

@@kenswift12345 7K? What a steal! That’s awesome! 12k is getting pretty steep! I’m not sure about resale value, either, but enjoy it while you have it! We will, too, but we worry that the subscription price will go way up as the technology advances! We may have to take the plunge pretty soon! We shall see!

Great question! We shall see! This was our only full FSD drive, so far! After my hubby’s annual military training ends, we’ll take and video our second full FSD trip! We’ll probably attempt something a little more daunting than a quick neighborhood jaunt! It’s pretty wild!

Do you (or anyone) know if the private plunge pool is heated? (Or has a heat option)
So sorry for the delay! We aren’t super-sure if it was heated or not because we always go during the summer when it’s blazing hot outside, but the outdoor shower is utterly magical, so it all gets balanced out in the end, if you go when the season is hot, if you know what I mean! ;-)

Amazing video! However I'm a tad confused. I was under the belief that all of the RTT were private. But it looks like to the left from your lower level, you can see down into other RTT areas. Can you please tell me what I'm seeing? Do all RTTs have full privacy? Leaving soon!
Hey there! You are SO right! There are single story RTTs and two story RTTs! They consider them the same there, though! Initially, they had put us into a single story, but, as you correctly note, the privacy from above in a few of them is not great, so this video shows our tour of a true RTT, after we requested the change! We had to wait until Day 2, but it was so worth it! Definitely request a true two story RTT BEFORE you get there, if you can! Have a great trip! ❤️

Hi there! We don’t remember the exact room number, but it’s definitely in Building 8, which is directly in front of the Excellence Club pool, and the beach is right in front of that, if that helps! We’re headed back there this Saturday, and I’ll absolutely grab the exact room number! The view is divine! ❤️

Question: How private was the rooftop terrace? would other guests be able to see you if you were up there?
That’s a REALLY good question! This particular roof top terrace was EXTREMELY private, but definitely request the TWO story terrace for privacy! They initially put us into a one story rooftop terrace room, and we were surrounded by two story rooftops, so the privacy was non-existent, but they happily moved us to this room, so it was all good! We’re going back in March, and we CANNOT wait! We’re trying an Excellence Club swim up this time! ❤️

Natalie King The Hard Rock Riviera Maya 2 story room has a small bathroom with sink in the upstairs jacuzzi area. It’s a game changer especially when your drinking a lot.
this hotel is just as great as it looks here! loved my stay. restaurants, staff and service, gym. it truly is a first class place. want to go back!

We did not spend anytime in the room, only on the balcony with the lounging bed, awesome!
But, I love Mexico and the people. Is my favorite destination. Am a travel agent 42 years and Mexico is my favorite warm weather destination!

The upstairs... with the hot tub & the two “beds” is that shared with another couple? Or is all of that space outside yours?!
The upstairs space is all yours! It also includes an outdoor shower up there! It's AWESOME!

CharlesVonScott Hey there! We did have Excellence Club, and I do believe that it’s reserved for EC, but I’m not certain! Even if it is EC-only, there are other Two Story Rooftop Terrace rooms that aren’t EC that are JUST as gorgeous! ❤️
