No, because that would warp the metal. You either bring in mobile fans, some aircraft have fans on them, or you just let them cool over time.

When I was a kid in the 70's my father would travel lot for his job. We would pick him up at the local airport in those days all rolling stairs the terminal you could climb up the stairs watch form the 2nd floor outside. The planes PSA airlines would turn the APU would blast you with warm jet exhaust don't know why I liked the smell. Today that airport is known as John Wayne Airport in Southern California.
Lovely airport. Def one of my favorites. Can't count how many times I have flown in and out of it but it is alot and still is to this day. I love the downstairs section in Terminal B with all of the windows. Good ole SNA Airport.

How they are cooled down? If they are left to cool naturally, then how long the plane must wait before next takeoff?
Some aircraft have cooling fans installed to speed up the cooling. It can take a few hours, depends of ambient temperature and wind.
@@se-kmg355 mobile fans can also be brought into play, if additional cooling is needed.
