Yeah you're right because they banned promethean princess Salad can't do 1 card combo anymore. you need at least 2 card combo to make normal Raging Phoenix end board in this event.

I already use salads an completed the event,,, pretty easy if u ask me even without princess

I used to play this deck, salamangreat is really strong especially if u set up a board and play around nib but the only prb is that it barely ever wins if ur opponent has 2-3 negates but the board is crazy good

If your aiming to play salaman use the nib deck I mean using cyberse wikkid other than the nib playing around deck don't use

Salamangreart is a good deck but it's still a rogue deck so far. Of course you can reach master rank with it but it will be not easy. If you're really just start the game and have limited resources I recommend you to go for meta deck first. But if you already have enough resources then you can go for it 😊.

What does your deck list look like for that with snake eye stuff? I play a really anti tenpai salamangreat with a lot of counter traps (most reminiscent is that one posted on the 4th on master duel meta but with some tweaks to be towards my liking) And also play another salamngreat deck more similar to the one ran here A new way to run it sounds fun and I’m too lazy to figure it out myself(I’m broke on URdust and don’t want to experiment lol)

Because he fail Otk and have no useful card to play anymore maybe? Most Tenpai player always scoop after they fail otk anyway.

@@Zephyro2094 He meant what you think of the card Salamangreat Charge. I personally also think it's pretty great and works well with Roar because if they somehow get rid of your Salad Link monsters, you can recover them with Charge to make Roar activatable

If you can have end board more than raging phoenix and 1 roar then that's good enough. Imo The ideal end board In this event is you have raging phoenix with roar and rage set like normal salad end board. This event make you can only pick one of them even with 2 card combo because you don't have miragestallio. The only way to get roar and rage is you got one of them in the first hand.

@@Zephyro2094 Ah I see. I usually do Charge and Roar so when they somehow get rid of my only Raging Phoenix, I can bring it back to make Roar activatable

Imo it's not that consistent and I don't think it can fight against meta right now that's why I only play it in this event. So not recommend.

​@@SumbarangSelah-cs4eo My recommend is Salamangreat i guess ? XD. It's rogue deck but it's fun deck and can compete against current meta decks imo. but keep it in mind that it's non meta deck so it's weak against a lot of hand trap (Like Maxx c or Droll for example).

@@Zephyro2094 True. Though if you were able to draw Imperm and set it, you'd be good to go. Having droplet is also kinda nice which is what I have in my build

I tech 1 Threatening Roar and 1 Dimensional Barrier to my list right now and it's pretty good imo. Daruma Cannon is also great choice for counter Tenpai but i can't use it in my Salad deck. also maybe i will take Shadow imprisoning Mirror out because people so hype with Tenpai and play less Yubel right now.

My tech card is Thunder of Ruler I play three and two D.D. Crow Is and thanks for the game play

@@jermainejohnson8890 Oh just Check effect of Thunder Ruler It's not bad at all. it's even better that than Threatening Roar imo because opponent can't enter BP to use effect of Tenpai monster at all. Thanks for Sharing man! ☺
