Based on everything I've heard from Michael in live interviews, I believe he had an addictive personality disorder, which affected his career and negatively impacted his self-image. This struggle led him to undergo procedures with unscrupulous doctors, resulting in the alteration of his face. I wish he could have channeled that addictive behavior solely into his art rather than his physical appearance, as he was a handsome man. 😢

He was good n he looks like Diana Ross He worked hard on his music n his well being Too many surgeries n understand his vision Your right he did have a vision And it drove him to his grave Very it ended the way it did at 50 years of age

Bob Dylan’s influence on music probably sold millions of guitars and harmonica’s.. I’ve been covering his songs for over 50 years and will continue until I no longer can play the guitar. Thank you, Bob.

I’ve done a lot of thinking following seeing the Bob Dylan biopic and what’s overlooked is that the “folkies” were certainly challenging the “status quo” in songs like Phil Ochs “I ain’t marching anymore”, Tom Paxton’s “What did you learn in school today”, Malvinas Reynolds “Little Boxes” ( about social conformity” and they were up against the American ruling class. Bob Dylan had played the acoustic “Only a Pawn in the Game” transmuted it onto “it’s all right I’m only bleeding” and in a way, the Rocked up “Tombstone Blues” was still protest music

Why are you making it sound like Gilmour wrote those songs? Roger Waters wrote them and he's the one that made his bass sound like a ticking clock and he's also the one that came up with the cash register sounds. Gilmour played guitar solos for songs thar were already there.

Lots of people thought it was cool and revolutionary for Dylan to play electric at the this folk festival, I thought it was in bad taste . It was an acoustic folk concert, not a time to be bombastic with loud rock sounds. I wouldn't want to pay to go to a symphony and have some rock band play. It was not inappropriate and wrong venue . I'm am glad he went electric though. Especially with Mike Bloomfield.

If you go on RUclips there are interviews with Florence and solos by her.I think that choosing Diana as lead was right. But him segregating them from each other wasn't right. Florence could have been another Mary Wells her voice was that great. I've seen Mary about 10+ years ago at a festival. She was so much fun and gorgeous.

It seems Dylan became a better lead guitar player, not just as accompaniment.
