USrowing hosted a meet and greet at the Casperson Training Center on Mercer Lake on October 2, 2010. This is was a send off event for the rowers who made the World Championship team head for the World in New Zealand.

      Hi Maddie! OK, I will!! Life got in the way in the lead up to 9th Seat Summer Camps and then life got more in the way after! I'm changing all videos to the Official 9th Seat RUclips Channel. So stay tuned....! 2018 is the year for the 9th Seat.

    How do you incorporate technical calls in a race without being annoying? (Besides calls like swing and quick hands etc.) -Varsity Boys Coxswains of Friends of Port Rowing

      Great questions: simple answer is that technical calls need to help acceleration and levering/suspension. Meaning we give technicals to help our teammates with getting the blades in to move/lever the boat. The list goes on and on but...more to come..
