1990/1991 : My first game bought by my father with the Amiga 500 and a screen! Dad sacrificed himself to buy me an amiga 500, I will be forever grateful to him because I don't come from a rich family. Dad I love you! i'm 47 years old now and my father 79.

A very good port. It's much better than the NES version. I played it on the Amiga, it was awesome.

Just curious... If you (or anyone reading this) were to buy a used, but in very good condition copy of this game, how much would you pay for it?

You gotta love Dirk just...moving forward. He has no idea where he's going, what's gonna happen next, or if where he's going is gonna take him to the right place, but he just keeps chuggin.

I seem to remember there was a bug in the Amiga version where if your home castle got attacked while your whole army was away, your campaign army would duplicate itself at your home castle. Which made assigning forces to the home army the biggest scam ever.

The graphics of this game is impressively detailed.

More than Athena, she looks like Donald Trump in this port. Her gown seems like Trump's fat belly.

One of my favourite games on my Amiga 500. Great soundtrack and vibe.

I bought it back then and uninstalled it pretty quickly because it just wasn't a good game. And when I look at this, it's confirmed again.

This was a technically superb game in lots of ways. Unfortunately it was enormously difficult, and completely unforgiving. I hardly got past the first level.

So the Amiga version is actually kinda good? Like unlike the butched genesis version

where this game ?

Although the Amiga version had better graphics (though they could have been way better) than the C64 version, the C64 version actually had better sound. I had the C64 version and it was better in sound and had more sound effex (turning on the TV, talking to you, brushing your teeth) etc. This was an obvious rush job to get LCP to the Amiga back in 1986.

Childhood memories: unlocked! I loved this game. And I had to write in English to play it, so it was actually a bit educational. :-) (I'm from Germany.)

How incredible the incompetence of the developers of arcade ports for Amiga was. And the worst thing is that it wasn't even a question of difficulty in programming, the laziness and sloppiness in creating these games was clear!

Would love to play this on a modern console.

After two minutes of watching, I remembered the cheat:" COLIN WAS HERE" for unlimited bombs. :D

I had no idea there was a Dragon’s Lair 3 until today and now I know why. What were they thinking with this “game”. I feel bad for fans of DL 1 and 2 that probably were excited to play the 3rd game in the series and then got this mess. It’s an even bigger insult that half of game was just poorly remaking scenes from the 2nd game.

Super sound effects, but the level design seems poor. Just random

This looks quite awesome. As a kid back in the day, I would have loved it.
