The goal of ITS is to provide best class technology support services to our Students, Faculty and Staff. in a driven innovation and research setting, and to improve operational efficiency through business intelligence and analytics. This channel provides campus software users creative training course opportunities in addition to Instructor Led, and One-on-One hands-on training. We also offer information rich tutorials services provided by the Chancellor Office. In addition, we provide documentation support for PeopleSoft (PS) HCM/SA (Human Capital Management & Student Administration), CFS/DW (Consolidated Finance System & Data Warehouse) and a variety of software topics as related to the campus mission. These topics are offered through various platforms (Campus custom content, Lynda.com and CSU Learn). Sessions are offered in small group, department specific, one on one and walk-ins.
