Fun fact: the narrator and Harry cooper are voiced by ed bishop, the voice of captain blue in captain scarlet and the mysterons and played ed straker in U.F.O.
He was also the voice of the President of the US in the British nuke movie "Threads" (1984) I always liked him.

Reminders of the civil rights struggle in America, the movie was banned in many movie theaters in southern America for the fact it shows a black man being the hero of the film along side a white woman.
This is completely false. I'm not sure where you're getting this information from, or if you're just making it up, but Night Of The Living Dead was banned for its violence and depictions of what was considered cannabilsm at the time. I'm aware of the themes of the film, but what you've stated here isn't entirely true. Just pointing that out.
