Man, these girls swimming with no goggles like it's the 60's or something. Crazy, I used to swim in meets with Amanda as an age grouper. I guess I don't remember she didn't race with goggles.

Of all swimmers, to get to race, combined is 000's hours collectively of early morning and afternoon training. Then there are the parents who prepare the food and, drive to the pool.

As a cardinal fan I almost feel bad how we have consistently beat him in the playoffs. Just watched this on E:60 and it's my favorite from the ESPN crew. Very emotional story about Jason Ray and the impact he is making long after his tragic passing. I cried when Jason's parents got to meet the people who have received his major organs. And it did bring the movie Seven Pounds to mind for me as well. Well done ESPN. And thank God for people like Jason Ray and his parents. Become an organ donor today.
