Yess! I can vouch for that. I’m 15, on a HUGE journey. I need to lose a lot of weight. This morning I decided to put on the vr while wearing my Apple Watch to see how many calories it burnt. I burnt over 200 in 30-40 of playing gorilla tag on my oculus. It’s now 8:36 pm and I burnt 1,148 calories from playing throughout the day on and off!! I always dread working out but I’m glad I found a different approach, and doing something I love. And, it’s motivational because I LOVE my vr!
Yeah VR is a real good exercise. It’s like perfect because you can do fun stuff and lose weight. It’s a good solution of working out it’s been about two years of me playing oculus and I do not know how much calories I’ve lost but I know it’s over probably 20,000 idk
VR is great for this kind of thing. Don't know why more money isn't put into it and other kinds of attachments and games to improve it and make it more fun and challenging.
Try boxing too. I was amazed, it literally felt like I did a workout.
You did smthng wrong, swing more; 200 Cals is nothing, especially since it is not all fat; maybe the apple watch sucks at tracking calorie burn
